“Jeffrey is very knowledgable about all the products at Mattress Firm. He was able to make spot on suggestions for the mattresses that best fit our needs and describe all of the qualities of each mattress and the comparisons between the one he thought best for our needs with those from other manufacturers. After trying multiple mattresses, the mattress Jeffrey originally described did end up to be our choice to purchase. He then described the entire process to get a zero interest loan from Synchrony and walked me through to the completion of the loan. After completing our purchase order Jeffrey arranged next day delivery which was a really pleasant surprise. Jeffrey was not only knowledgeable and a great communicator but so patient answering all my questions. Plus he provided the best deal we could find in the area. He made this transaction super easy and we are excited to get our new mattress. Thank you, Jeffrey.”

“This is my first mattress that I’ve ever purchased. When I was initially introduced to this store, I was kind of skeptical at first. Perhaps I had this preconceived notion that any smaller mattress businesses might scam me into buying a cheap quality mattress for a really high markup price. Lo and behold, I was proven wrong. Daniel was extremely easy to work with, really knowledgeable even beyond just mattresses. “The importance of improving lymphatic drainage to assist with detoxification of the brain and body is an often overlooked aspect of the detoxification process. The incline provided by the Samina sleep system is a way to optimize lymphatic drainage as we sleep. “The fridge died. Everything was in a cooler while we found a replacement. We went to Howard’s and found a large selection in-stock and a knowledgeable and helpful salesperson in Deann. We saw 3 contenders after some comparisons with delivery options available the next day. The Memorial Day sale was still in effect and prices were competitive. We chose one and it was delivered the next day before lunch. The installation went well and all the packing trash was taken away. The entire process couldn’t have gone smoother.”
“I have two of Gateway's mattresses, purchased years ago from the Salvation Army when they used to also sell them. Unfortunately, they no longer are marketing them, nor some nice wood furnishings they used to sell. I want another of these great beds, so I had to find the name of the company that made them off of the label, and search the internet for Gateway. I have a twin and a queen, and they are comfortable, high quality beds!”

“What a dream. I had a very uncomfortable couch bed and I didn't realize it until a very honest guest told me it was the worst night's sleep he never had so I knew I had to get a bed, but I didn't have much room because my guestroom is very small. I went to Wallbeds n More in Pasadena just down the street from my house. It was very expensive so I decided not to get it and I got another very uncomfortable bed. After a second complaint and my cat scratching the hell out of the couch bed, I decided it was time to invest in a nice bed. I saved my money, and I finally was able to get a chest bed. It looks like a nice chest, but it opens up into a beautiful memory foam queen size bed! Stephanie was amazing and helpful as was Norma. They put up with my two years of dillydallying and I'm so glad that I finally got it. My first guest said it was very comfortable. And it looks beautiful in my office/guestroom.”
