“As soon as I walked in the door I was politely greeted by the staff, not just one sales associate.
The Manager (Jason) was my salesman. Jason was friendly, professional, informative and patient. I knew what brand I was learning towards so Jason walked me through the difference different styles Purple had, from the price range to what style customers preferred. He gave me time to try them on for size, I felt like Goldilocks.
Once I finally decided on the style, Jason was placing my order and punching in the numbers he and the other two salesman were having a friendly conversation and were nice enough to bring me into their conversation. Considering I was the only female with 3 men in whole store that day, I felt safe and was like we were just all hanging out. I mention that because through past experiences that is very important to me.
The biggest takeaway for me is the adjustable base Jason introduced me to, absolute game changer; I no longer wake up with back pain, I'm sure the mattress has something to with it as well but I simply love the base.
Can't forget about the delivery guys - they were sooo patient, friendly and quickly installed the base and matress. They also carefully explained how to work the remote, nothing to it but I still appreciate it. I completely forgot to ask if they would take my old mattress so I appreciate them asking.
Needless to say - YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!”

Perhaps I had this preconceived notion that any smaller mattress businesses might scam me into buying a cheap quality mattress for a really high markup price. Lo and behold, I was proven wrong. Daniel was extremely easy to work with, really knowledgeable even beyond just mattresses. He gave a very honest and genuine customer service, worked with my budget and what I was looking for from a bed, and hell, I got probably the best bed I could ask for and more from what I offered to pay. “I've been dealing with lower back pain ever since I had my first child, and I spend 8+ hours a day at my desk. I would spend most nights with a heat pad or ice pack on my back, and would fall asleep in pain. PT helped a little, but not much. So I went to Relax and the Back and talked to Aaron, who was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through a few different options, but it became abundantly clear that the LifeForm chair was going to be for me. It takes a few weeks for the chair to be made after you order it, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that after my first day sitting in my new chair at work, I felt like a new person. My back didn't hurt at all. And as I write this review, just about a month since I received my new chair, this has remained true. It is the most comfortable chair I've ever had. Hands down. Cannot recommend this store or LifeForm chairs highly enough.”

He suggested a three piece set of furniture which consisted of a sofa, love seat, and chair which was on sale which we bought. We are very pleased with the quality of the furniture. “The importance of improving lymphatic drainage to assist with detoxification of the brain and body is an often overlooked aspect of the detoxification process. The incline provided by the Samina sleep system is a way to optimize lymphatic drainage as we sleep. In addition, the support it provides to the shoulders and back is incomparable to any other mattress I've used in the past.We are enjoying our sleep system so much and plan to purchase another for our vacation home. It took a bit of adjustment from our previous mattress but I am now 80% a back sleeper after being a lifelong stomach sleeper. My Oura ring data confirms improvement in my sleep quality. “I've purchased two beds from Dreamland, one in 2011 and one this year.
The first was a Spinal Care mattress with individual pocketed coils and organic soy-based foam walls; a quilted organic bamboo and cotton blended fabric top; and non-toxic, water-based glues and non-toxic fire barriers. I especially like that the manufacturer is less than 30 miles away in Los Angeles, so shipping is basically local.
I'm actually still happily using it, with a topper my husband bought in 2019.
The second mattress is basically the new version of the same Spinal Care, with an attached pillow top that my husband preferred, and will replace a family member's guest bed that causes us pain every time we sleep on it.
I really appreciate that Dreamland continues to offer high quality and reasonable prices, that they sell the simple metal frames at cost, and do not charge a delivery fee (at least, when local).
Though, I was a little surprised the desk set-up in the back of the store was in need of a bit of tidying, perhaps a file organizer, and the fish tank could benefit from more pleco or snails.”

“I have two of Gateway's mattresses, purchased years ago from the Salvation Army when they used to also sell them. Unfortunately, they no longer are marketing them, nor some nice wood furnishings they used to sell. I want another of these great beds, so I had to find the name of the company that made them off of the label, and search the internet for Gateway. I have a twin and a queen, and they are comfortable, high quality beds!”

“What a dream. I had a very uncomfortable couch bed and I didn't realize it until a very honest guest told me it was the worst night's sleep he never had so I knew I had to get a bed, but I didn't have much room because my guestroom is very small. I went to Wallbeds n More in Pasadena just down the street from my house. It was very expensive so I decided not to get it and I got another very uncomfortable bed. After a second complaint and my cat scratching the hell out of the couch bed, I decided it was time to invest in a nice bed. I saved my money, and I finally was able to get a chest bed. It looks like a nice chest, but it opens up into a beautiful memory foam queen size bed! Stephanie was amazing and helpful as was Norma. They put up with my two years of dillydallying and I'm so glad that I finally got it. My first guest said it was very comfortable. And it looks beautiful in my office/guestroom.”
