“As soon as I walked in the door I was politely greeted by the staff, not just one sales associate.
The Manager (Jason) was my salesman. Jason was friendly, professional, informative and patient. I knew what brand I was learning towards so Jason walked me through the difference different styles Purple had, from the price range to what style customers preferred. He gave me time to try them on for size, I felt like Goldilocks.
Once I finally decided on the style, Jason was placing my order and punching in the numbers he and the other two salesman were having a friendly conversation and were nice enough to bring me into their conversation. Considering I was the only female with 3 men in whole store that day, I felt safe and was like we were just all hanging out. I mention that because through past experiences that is very important to me.
The biggest takeaway for me is the adjustable base Jason introduced me to, absolute game changer; I no longer wake up with back pain, I'm sure the mattress has something to with it as well but I simply love the base.
Can't forget about the delivery guys - they were sooo patient, friendly and quickly installed the base and matress. They also carefully explained how to work the remote, nothing to it but I still appreciate it. I completely forgot to ask if they would take my old mattress so I appreciate them asking.
Needless to say - YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!”

“I've been dealing with lower back pain ever since I had my first child, and I spend 8+ hours a day at my desk. I would spend most nights with a heat pad or ice pack on my back, and would fall asleep in pain. PT helped a little, but not much. So I went to Relax and the Back and talked to Aaron, who was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through a few different options, but it became abundantly clear that the LifeForm chair was going to be for me. It takes a few weeks for the chair to be made after you order it, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that after my first day sitting in my new chair at work, I felt like a new person. My back didn't hurt at all. And as I write this review, just about a month since I received my new chair, this has remained true. It is the most comfortable chair I've ever had. Hands down. Cannot recommend this store or LifeForm chairs highly enough.”
“This is my first mattress that I’ve ever purchased. When I was initially introduced to this store, I was kind of skeptical at first. Perhaps I had this preconceived notion that any smaller mattress businesses might scam me into buying a cheap quality mattress for a really high markup price. Lo and behold, I was proven wrong. Daniel was extremely easy to work with, really knowledgeable even beyond just mattresses. “The importance of improving lymphatic drainage to assist with detoxification of the brain and body is an often overlooked aspect of the detoxification process. The incline provided by the Samina sleep system is a way to optimize lymphatic drainage as we sleep. In addition, the support it provides to the shoulders and back is incomparable to any other mattress I've used in the past.We are enjoying our sleep system so much and plan to purchase another for our vacation home. “I have two of Gateway's mattresses, purchased years ago from the Salvation Army when they used to also sell them. Unfortunately, they no longer are marketing them, nor some nice wood furnishings they used to sell. I want another of these great beds, so I had to find the name of the company that made them off of the label, and search the internet for Gateway. I have a twin and a queen, and they are comfortable, high quality beds!”

“The fridge died. Everything was in a cooler while we found a replacement. We went to Howard’s and found a large selection in-stock and a knowledgeable and helpful salesperson in Deann. We saw 3 contenders after some comparisons with delivery options available the next day. The Memorial Day sale was still in effect and prices were competitive. We chose one and it was delivered the next day before lunch. The installation went well and all the packing trash was taken away. The entire process couldn’t have gone smoother.”
