“If you are looking for quality meat, this a great place. Prime meat is expensive. This place has reasonable prices for the quality you receive. Everyone who works is pleasant and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this spot.”
“They have the best butcher department. They have the best meats when it comes to their steaks and prime rib. They also have great deli when it comes to sliced sandwich meat and sliced cheese. Everything is fresh and is top notch quality. Don’t go to the large supermarkets for this stuff, come to Howie’s and you won’t be disappointed.”

“This is a remarkable market. It is the only place my family buys meat. We drive up from Orange County to shop there. Beef is USDA Prime and is always amazing quality. It has one of the few full service butcher services available. The butcher case is a wonder to behold. There are expanded grocery and produce departments with good selection. We also like the variety of specialty and gourmet items. We've always found the service there to be friendly and first rate.”
“My go to grocery store since it’s close to home. Always stopping by whenever I need something. They have the best rotisserie chicken. On my lunch break today and noticed a Mixsoon pop up and was super excited to have a skin analysis and got some products based off of it. Made my neighborhood grocery even more awesome!”

The staff are friendly and helpful.
Located close to the 99 Ranch, it’s convenient enough to stop by here for hot pot meat instead. The store is organized with a series of meat freezers, each clearly labeled with what's inside.

They have a hot food counter with a variety of specialty dishes. The butchers are very nice and helpful as well. They have a great selection of prepared meats ready to grill, to pan-fry, or just cook on the stove top for quick family dinner. They carry a variety of their own Los Toros Meat Market labeled seasonings, micheladas mixes, salsas, and more.On today's visit, we ordered a couple of pounds of aguachiles, which they didn't have any made but still went ahead and made us an order as we continued shopping till our order was done.Great service and a with smile.”

“I been in this market a few times, and it never disappoints me, great meat selection (I ordered marinated chicken it was supper delicious not salty but perfect with flavor) but everything time I purchase meat the butcher send it to the front, but I always forget. “Best Al pastor meat at a good price in the San Gabriel Valley. I know some places in LA have good Al pastor, but it beats driving the LA traffic when you can get a high quality taco meat locally. Some items are pricey, but it's the cost of convenience.”
