Decent pricing for picture framing. Art supply prices are significantly more than Blick or Amazon. A lot of the stuff that says in stock are not.

Tons of parking!!! I went in today just to browse and ended up making a large purchase. Lol. Unfortunately, I didnt get the cashiers name nor is it on my receipt but her customer service was impeccable. Its not something that can be taught and it flowed naturally. I work in customer service and would like her to be part of our team. :) Went in 3/15 around 10:40

It's a shame that this store treats their paying, long time Senior customers who Love Michaels but need to travel to other Michaels Stores for their Mercandise. This Michaels store is rude and disrespectful to the elderly disabled Veterens that served our Country. How dare they refuse that Disabled Patriot use their restroom. Is this a Corporate Michaels policy or just this stores policy?

I am a senior citizen disabled combat veteran, which they did not let use their restroom even though I am a customer whatever happened to simple human decency, Michael should be ashamed of themselves to have such a policy. I will never shop at that store, and I will tell all my friends and family not to shop at that store. Isn't there some kind of state or city ordinance that prevents them from not letting a disabled person or any person, to use the restroom especially if they are a customer if your restroom is out of order, you should provide some kind of solution. If you cannot provide a rest room to the public, the store should be closed.! Until such a problem can be resolved. all other large stores provide restrooms for their patrons shame on you, Michael's.
