Greg and his team, John and Eric, were super helpful and gave amazing customer service. My car had a coolant leak, making the engine overheat and shut down on the road. Luckily, I managed to pull into their lot just before closing on a Friday night. Greg and his team quickly figured out the problem, got the parts, and got my car running smoothly again!

Earlier this month, a friend took her vehicle into this location for an oil change. At the time her vehicle was working correctly, with no noticeable issue with anything.
During the visit, a differential service was recommended to her by the kind woman at the desk as she communicated that there were metal shavings in the oil. She declined - we were on the phone while she was having her car serviced.
Immediately after leaving she noticed her vehicle began to make noise and smelled of differential fluid. Upon returning a few weeks later they informed her there was a “leak” in her differential and that there was fluid “all over” her vehicle and that they would take 7-10 days to fix as they had to completely rebuild.
Upon taking it to another shop, they confirmed the full plug on the differential had been removed and it was towed to a dealership where they have a differential specialist. The fact that the plug was removed caused the extended warrantee company to refuse to pay for the rear differential repairs.
In contacting and filing a claim with Midas for the negligent error, they claim they had no part in it and can do nothing to remediate the $4k+ in damages that were done meanwhile causing her to be stranded in a state in which she does not live, staying in a hotel.
The dishonesty/mistake and negligence has caused her distress emotionally and financially.
Update: when the claim was processed with Midas, they claimed to have no responsibility in the matter, and we were actually instructed by their own customer service that we would need to take them to small claims court.

Midas is highly recommended place they are well very detailed and helpful at all cost I came here to check my van for my alternator and battery and they gave me an honest result and a reasonable price. They are also very professional to explain everything to you.

Seemed shady. I asked for a tire rotation with my oil change and they said it would be an additional 19.99. on the coupon and the website the tire rotation is included free of charge. 19.99 is way more than a tire rotate in is worth and is a free service at many other businesses. Wont be returning, bad vibe.

It was a great experience, the workers respect your decision on whether you want to add additional services needed or wait. The workers were kind and attentive during my visit and the service was fast. What I like is that they actually have their prices listed on their website so it makes it easier to estimate how much you will be paying during your visit.

I usually go to Jiffy lube all the time but this time Midas was closer to me and they had coupons for oil change too. They didn't have any opening for appointments but I called in and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Eric was the person that helped us, he's very friendly and professional. I told him we were here for an oil change but he did a whole check up on the car and let us know what was needed to be done. He didn't give us an emergency time for us to take care of it but literally went step by step on what to take care of and what was good. He was very professional and very nice. Being a woman sometimes when you go to a auto shop it's tough but he was very nice and helped us go through the motion . They did the oil change for us and also reset it on the car so we know when to come back too. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks Eric. We will definitely come back to Midas and take care of what needs to be taken care of. Thank you!

This place don't deserve no stars At all ! when you know that your car was repaired or put new rotors or brakes and the repair or job was done correctly you will never return again and never have issues or concerns Here starting with the Manager to the supposed technician or repair service man they don't know nothing about brakes or rotors they charge me $1179.00 on my Midas credit card that still had a balance pending my car from left brake is grinding as if it don't have pads or rooters when I came here was for only back brakes grinding they mentioned that I needed new rotors and brakes front too when I argued and mention my breaks and rotors are fine they say have to to do both , they suppose put new brakes and rotors, read this again they say factory Toyota rotors and brake parts they put me the cheapest orallys break pads not even the duralast brand I did research they put the low quality break pads , I came back in October then December they say that the rotors have rocks or dust they would clean it lol what a excuses 2nd time they say they would put new brake pads and new rotors again they test drive it the manager did too he said the road's conditions are bumpy or road conditions it's normal for my brake to grind like that I have all receipts and pictures to proof of all this nonsense now the Midas operating manager gets in the phone tells me to take it to another Midas to another location why should I move my car and go through all the troubles when the problem was down in Arcadia, California in The midas in Myrtle Blvd the damaged something in my break pads of rotors because after I took my car home my car every time I stop while driving my brakes had never Break or stop the same since I came here I don't appreciate dishonest behavior I want my money back I'm in the process or the sound to go away
