Well I must say a pleasant surprise. I was looking for affordable accommodation in the area and I am satisfied ,it was clean and quiet. Definitely will choose this location when I'm in the area

The people micromanage that live here or own this facility and I don't think they have ever mopped the floors they are disgusting they don't change your bedding and all the towels are dirty and dingy so keep on your shoes and bring your own towels very dirty

This motel smelled so good when we walked in!!! There was also fresh towels and it was really clean. It was like one in the morning when we checked in. So the service was really c*****, but the night guy did remember to get my I. D back to me. However, I was overcharged about twenty bucks from what they told me at the window. Seems as though the owner wanted to charge for my service dog.

Great location, clean and nice modern decorated rooms. No hassle of going through stairs or lobbies, just park right infront of your room and go in.

The hotel is very clean, I have no complaints about that, but the lady charged the deposit on my card because I did not have cash; Then I claimed the deposit and he told me that the 150 that was charged was the regular charge for the room when at first he told me that it was 98 dollars

Room was the best part, it was clean.Service? Ha! No. I wanted to ask the person who checked us in if everyone she knows is miserable. They are and they are scared.The shower was so weak that the spray didn't even keep you warm.I was not happy and I am not one to leave reviews but this one was important.

For the first time being here the receptionist at the front desk very nice ladyThe room and staying in very clean very nice better than any other Hotel including Hilton I work around the corner from here was too tired to go home in the next few months I will be back again to stay like I said very nice place

I have stay I think at every hotel from la meriden in arcadia to the motel 6 to the nasty extended stay of arcadia this buy far is the best hotel for the price and cleanliness u won't find a better hotel,and this one is a motel bester room by far great staff and super clean super

I was set to arrive at the motel on a Friday evening, flying in from NJ for work. Unfortunately, my flight to CA was delayed. When I found this out, I called the motel to inform them I would be late, definitely after midnight. I was told this was fine. When I finally arrived at LAX, got my rental after an hour delay and drove to the motel, it was 2:30 am. No one was there to check me in! The door was unlocked but no one was at the desk. I called multiple times and rang the bell. After 20 minutes, I left to find another hotel (thank you, Hilton). When I called Oak Park on Saturday to inquire about check in, I was told to call back. I called three times before I got the gentleman I spoke to the night before. He was rude and yelled at me for not arriving Friday night, even though I called. I canceled my Saturday might stay and asked for a refund because they had already charged my card. He refused to refund both nights and only refunded one. I will never stay here no matter what! If I could give zero stars...I would.
