I'm late posting this but I stayed here March 17-22nd and it was marvelous we got here a little past midnight and the guy at the desk was stern but not unfriendly, our room was nice and cozy it was clean! My sister and I loved our stay we even took a dip in the pool! We would definitely stay here again I really loved that it was close to pretty much everything

It was wonderful! Good value. No, it doesn’t have superficial luxury of 4 or 5 star places but I like a fridge, mic (requested one). Ice and vending machines with $1 pop cans! Beautiful pool, too! ?

We stay here because of location. The rooms are very simple, relatively worn, but mostly clean. Rate is attractive too.

Very poor customer service. Unfriendly and rude front desk staff. They need more customer service training.

I recommend against staying at this hotel. Maybe it was bad luck, but when we were there, it was dirty, short on supplies, and the advertized amenities weren't available. The hot tub featured in the very first photo on the booking site was drained, even though it was perfect weather for it. The carpet in the room was covered in suspicious-looking stains. There wasn't enough toilet paper, just two almost-used-up partial rolls, and the towels were so scratchy you didn't want them to touch you. The bathroom shelf was askew, causing anything you set on it to fall on the floor, and so was the shower rod, making the curtain hang down onto the floor of the tub. The tub/shower diverter didn't work, so that the only way to take a shower was to ask for maintenance to come in and switch it. But then, we were stuck with just a shower and no tub, and as already mentioned, there was no hot tub either. The parking was mostly "compact", but people ignored that and parked anywhere, leading to lots of double parking, so that many spaces were unusable. Breakfast seemed fine, though only 7-9. The bed itself was clean, thank goodness, or we would have left early and gone somewhere else, but it was close. Overall, it was not a good time.Rooms: Overall, the room was dirty, in disrepair, and out of supplies. The bed was fine and the A/C worked, but that was all I can say for it.Walkability: Not walkable to much. Across the freeway from a strip mall.

The room was an average 2 star room on my scale, for a "Inn/Motel". I didn't utilize any housekeeping nor take advantage of the Continental style breakfast, however it was available during my visit. Quiet, secluded location in the prime locations of Arcadia/Monrovia location. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shopping ,even healthcare and travel agencies. I do recommend property and decent price for such a prime locations.

I chose this plane for it's location and price but moreover that it had a pool and a hottub. (Mistake!) The place had that moldy/ mildew smell combined with ancient cigarette smoke that had my hairs on end right away. The desk worker was not a native speaker of English and had trouble grasping the meaning simple statements and questions. I asked where the hot tub was and found it locked not only by the standard room key Swipe lock but also by a chain and padlock. I told the clerk and we went three rounds of back and forth where I was told that the room key was the way to get entry. Finally the idea of the added padlock and chain was conveyed and access achieved. Before I was able to put my towel down and test the water, a worker was in the pool shed adjusting something. I asked if they had just turned the hottub on and was told no that it had been on. As my hand slid into the urine warm water I realized that might not be true. I left thinking to get some dinner and then hottub onceit warmed up. Four hours later the temp had not changed. I asked at the front desk if the temp was on high and was told yes. Check out the state of this ratty blanket we were given. When I asked for an extra comforter like you'd get on a bed I was told that the people who could get that for me had left for the day. Smaller TV.Good shower and a dry room gets this place an extra star.

I Did not and would not stay here. The reason is when I made the phone call to inquire about rooms, pricing etc. The front desk associate added that they require masks, MASKS!! In January of 2023 in all common areas such as Lobby! I will NOT support a place that forces their delusions on me. If you wish to wear a mask go ahead, I am not stopping YOU, but don't force ME to wear one because you're a control freak! Covid is over despite how delusional you might be about it and the fatality rate was less than 1% anyway, not to mention it has been extensively proven that your masks and your vaccines do NOT prevent it!!!! Took my business where they respect my personal liberties and don't pretend we are living in some communist dictatorship! They obviously believe those lies and propaganda coming from that dictator Xi Jinping!

My dad wanted a place close to the hospital to visit my aunt while she did chemo ( which was a 7 minute drive). Definitely would have driven further based on how crappy this hotel was. Unfortunately my dad didn't listen to me and booked this hotel since the rose bowl parade caused many hotels to be booked out. The first room they gave us was dirty & had lots of ants. I cannot believe they thought it was okay to send guests in a room that wasn't even swept. I've been in so many hotels without my family when I go on vacation. Not ONCE have I ever had a hotel not give me a full roll of toilet paper. They left what the last guest left in the restroom which was little to nothing. For as much as we paid you would THINK they would have the decency to at least leave a whole roll of toilet paper. We were in there not even 20 minutes & had to have the cleaning lady spray the crack in the wall for the ants . It killed the ants all in the restroom but occurred again 10 minutes after with more ants. The room was old( not like pictures online), had spots , and holes all around the room. We moved to another room which was upstairs. This room was completely different, cleaner, & smelled nicer. Only to realize they sprayed it so much because in reality it REAKED of marijuana. The first day we were smelling it my little brother & I got headaches. I couldn't even sleep at night because of the smell through the wall. The worst part was the smell got worse and worse everytime we used the restroom. It was coming through the vent & made our entire room so bad. I have never had a scent so strong cause me a migraine & want to get sick. We called the front desk to ask if there was any complaints from the cleaning ladies hoping they knew what room it was. Considering this is a smoke free hotel a worker cleaning the room would have definitely been able to tell which room it was. Manager said no but we explained we couldn't deal with it anymore. My dad asked him to come smell the room himself to see how terrible it was. The next day after a long day at the hospital visiting my aunt, we got food and went back to the hotel to rest, and eat. I scan my card on the door and it doesn't turn green. I try to open the door and nothing happens. It is pouring rain, cold, we are tired , and hungry yet we are unable to get into our room. I have my dad go downstairs because my mom, little brother , & I had to use the restroom. Finally, my dad comes up & tells us the lady at the front had to restart our key cards. Please make that make sense!!!! We paid for 4 days why would our key cards not work! This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Do yourselves a favor, do not spend money on this shitty hotel, and don't let the " good" comments fool you.

Very average 2 star motel. Run down. Needs updating and remodeling. Needs better cleaning outside. Furnitures are worn out and dated. The best item at breakfast is the hard boiled egg. Coffee was watery. No decaf.

About what you'd expect for a budget stay. Free parking is a plus, proximity to restaurants & freeway is convenient. While the rooms are pretty soundproofed for neighbor rooms, if someone is blasting music in the parking lot at 5am, you'll be feeling it.The room we were in needed some repair, ceiling damage, wallpaper stain, wall scuffs, chair arm unglued, light stains on linens, and stains on the desk. Also, who keeps plastic on the lamp shades?Still, hard to beat the price, given the price of other places.

If I could give Oak Tree inn 6/5 stars I would. So, I will.Firstly, the rooms are close to flawless for the price. Full beds, spacious environments, pristine rugs\floors\tables, with a mini fridge and optional microwave (must reserve). Moreover, cleaning service is available during the day, and will assist upon request. Any issues with your stay (extremely rare)? The front desk is ready to go, and maintenance arrives in a flash. From Kevin, William, and Kelly, to the entire Oaktree Staff, they will provide unparalleled professionalism and quality care. There really are no downsides to one's experience here, except when it must end. Once you arrive, this humble abode becomes your home away from home.Tl;dr: If you're looking for a traditional, family-friendly hotel, with excellent staff, service, and quality rooms, then make Oak Tree Inn your private getaway -- it can't be beat.

The price is good and I love the pillows here they are not flat or don't go flat when you lay your head on them. The bed was ok. The AC on a very hot day doesn't work to well. The wifi here sucks so if you need to do work and need wifi don't stay here. We called down to the office and they said they would reset it but nothing happened and it still sucks. Also bathroom tub had ants around the tub.

A little late with this review, but stayed here Christmas Eve because I really didn't wanna sleep on the living room floor at the mother in law's since we had to go back early Christmas day to open presents with everybody. This room was pretty basic, like Motel 6, Super 8, basic. Nothing really fancy, nothing really nasty, just some basic motel furniture with a few minute scratches and dings and a comfy, clean bed. If I could, I'd give it 3.5 stars because of the mini fridge, iron and ironing board and coffee maker. What I liked about this place was that there were fully stocked vending machines with reasonable prices, ice machines on every floor, even though the ice machine on my floor didn't work, which is why I had to take a half star off. The thing I liked is that there's signage on the ice machine telling you not to use it for your ice chests. This is something I do in Vegas, so I can't really talk shit, but I'd imagine the sign is there due to the proximity of the race track and people filling their coolers up to keep their cold ones cold for that parking lot pre flight.Keyless entrance was also a plus for me and check in was relatively quick and pain free. Overall, when I want to avoid the in law's floor, I might consider staying here again. It was quiet, it was clean, and there was ample parking. I've stayed in worse. So if you're not too fancy foo-foo, give it a shot!
