Me and my fiancée came in last minute looking for a mattress and we were greeted immediately by Brian. He helped us and really tapered down options that fitted our budget and mattress type. We had a horrible experience at Mattress Firm, but Brian made us feel assured shopping for a mattress with Ortho Mattress! Would recommend this location to those in the market for a mattress

Emmanuel was amazing! We had so many questions and he was able to walk us through them all. We spent a great deal of time trying different beds. He encouraged us to take our time and left us alone so we could make our final decision between the 2 beds we had narrowed it down to without pressure. We found the perfect fit for us.

I came in not knowing what my daughter was looking for, what she wanted. Brian was working and helped us out tremendously he was so patient with my daughter is. Brian is very knowledgeable about mattresses and materials.His customer service is top notch. Brian made the whole experience easy and delightful. I highly recommend buying from Ortho in Monrovia!!
