I visited this location multiple times to finilize my paint selections and he was just as helpful everytime. A paint store is the last place I would expect to experience great customer service, however, Tim will go above and beyond to be helpful.”

“I went to this location with little expectation of getting my questions answered because I was certain I had irreversibly messed up my apartment walls by retouching spots with the wrong kind of paint. I had the right color, but was using an egg shell paint on a flat painted surface...which I didn't notice until I had retouched the entire townhouse before realizing that it was drying with a shine instead of flat. I had covered all our walls with these shiny spots and it looked horrible. At this Dunn-Edwards location, I was helped by Stephen, who was so patient and supportive in guiding me through how to potentially correct my mistakes. He was kind, informative, and eager to get the right match. And he was 100% right in his suggestions. It worked beautifully and my horrible amateur painter mistakes were corrected! I'm so very grateful for his help!”

SW paint is the only product I found that my skin has no allergic reaction. Other brands I tried, but once paint drop on my skin I got strong reactions. I tried new purifying line this time.
The employees in store are very helpful. The inventory during weekend is low so Sunday I had to visit another store to complete all purchase. The place also offers different tools to help me complete the project.”

“Once upon a time, the husband was patching up some of our walls. He placed this dark blue painter's tape along our walls and I instantly fell in love with the color and the way it contrasted with our white walls and dark furniture. It reminded me of Frida Kahlo's Casa Azul and at that moment, I wanted to paint an accent wall that color. Some time passes, we end up going to get the paint. Unable to persuade the hubby to go for the dark color (he swore it would darken our place), we compromised on a baby blue color. Meh. After living with the color for about a year, the hubby agrees that we should have gone darker. Insert eye roll here. Seeing as how we had picked Benjamin Moore's Aura collection for the baby blue (numerous articles claim it was he best quality paint at a reasonable price), we wanted to seek the same quality of paint. The original store where we purchased it from was no longer in business, so we found another. Enter Eastmont Paint & Decorating. Thanks to the service received at EP&D, we were able to get the right paint color this time. We brought in a piece of the painter's tape and they were able to direct us to Big Country Blue. We absolutely love the color (& no, it didn't darken the space). The husband learned to trust his wife's vision that day.”

This paint really is quality paint and after failing with Home Depot's translucent paints, we only trust Sherwin Williams for our exterior and interior. Our outside trim is still holding perfectly after 5 years and now our inside will get fresh paint from here as well. We had to make several trips back to the store to choose paint colors and adjust paint. “Awesome paint supply store. The store is very clean and organized. All the paints are in order. Most of them are in order of color. Customer service is really friendly, very helpful. A/C is always on, always a plus for a hot day. The process of mixing the paint is rather quicker than I thought. But, then again they are probably just good at their job. They do offer a waiting area with chair's and a table, also they offer coffee for when you're waiting.”
