I felt safe at the location as they secured the shop when I arrive. william was nice and patient when he looked at all the pieces I brought in. The whole process was simple and customer service was outstanding. There is a coin and jewelry place closer to where I live, but I picked this place due to the fabulous reviews that everyone provided. I'm happy that I chose Gold Knox.”

“These guys are great, very helpful, considerate and funny! After nearly a year of the industry our household relies on being on strike Diamond Jim's was clutch by being the bridge we needed to get us by between the long gaps of paychecks. They gave us a very reasonable loan and I would recommend them to anyone that anyone who asked and honestly the percentage is so much lower than taking out a small bank loan or using your credit card. Cash is still King and at Diamond Jim's they'll help you keep your crown”

“I usually don't do reviews but today I came on to get this number to refer a family member and saw the reviews. I'm really shocked , I've been going to this shop for years and never had a problem. I have had several items that I have pawned all jewelery never a issue at all. infact I had an issue with a lost ticket and the owner helped me out with no problem . I have this one necklace that I have taken several times when the price of gold went down so did what it was worth to pawn, But he said don't worry I'm going to still give you what you usually get don't worry about it. this list of generous gestures goes on. yes, initally they are not the most talkative people and they are about buisness. however, we have had many conversations business related and not. People you have to remember that the energy you give off will sometimes have an effect on the person in front of you... Again, to Pasadena Pawn Shop, I appreciate the service you provide”
