Bought a private training package from Danielle in February for 4 sessions...it's been the longest most dragged out hassle and process to book each appointment...says she'll call back and never does, and also double booked me with another client and had me give up my time slot...I hate to report this but why? Why has it been such an ordeal to keep consistency? I expected to finish his training in 2 months...it's been 5 months! And I still have 2 classes left

I take my dogs for grooming and they stay at the hotel for doggy day care and over nite, also grooming. They are the best

I prepaid a curbside order for Hills Science Diet for Adult Cats, the flavor I ordered was Chicken and Liver, I got Roasted Vegetables and Chicken Medley, since I use to work there, when I discovered the mistake at home, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but now its has happened for a 2nd time, now I've spent almost $60 on 2 dozen cans of Cat Food my Cat won't eat! Thats ok, I'll go to Petco next time

Had a rude interaction with a worker named Nicole . I tried to buy 3 long finned zebra danios and 3 ghost shrimp for my 29 gallon. She refused to to sell me anything without a water sample and said it was protocol to have a water sample before she could sell me any fish. I been a customer for years and have had aquariums for 30 plus years. I feel like it's discrimination because my bf looks like a thug and I look gay. I never once have had to prove my water chemistry or been asked 21 questions for a 3 dollar fish. I will not be buying from you guys any longer.
