“I had a great experience with this Live Scan location. I walked in without an appointment and was helped right away. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the whole process really quick and easy. Prices were cheaper than many other areas that I called and no there was no hidden fees. Definitely recommend this spot if you need fingerprinting done efficiently and stress-free. Michelle was excellent at her service.”

I do love the convenience and that little machine you can use for postage, but I really enjoy talking to the staff here. “I can't thank Kay and Bryan enough for their professionality , helpful attitude and their work ethic under pressure. I was sent from the San Gabriel office who just cancelled my appointment that I had booked 3 days ago . They were super busy my passports services were not easy and they took me in, they did everything top notch and Kay probably revised everything more than 4 times to ensure perfection. I am so grateful I was sent to this office and from now on It will be my go to!

CONS: parking is annoying, if you go at the wrong time it CAN get super slow because there's only like 2 windows
But I don't know, to me the pros outweigh the cons, especially with how notorious USPS is with having rude customer service. This location is kinda serene and has nice workers usually haha.”

The office was clean and organized, and the staff were professional and respectful from the moment I walked in. Even though it can get busy, the employees handled everything efficiently and kept the line moving smoothly.
I especially want to thank Daniel for his outstanding customer service. He was extremely polite, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Daniel took the time to answer all my questions clearly and ensured everything was handled correctly. “I go to this location in Pasadena only because I like seeing Junior and I trust him with my transactions. Trust is the most important aspect for a customer and he has earned my trust as a representative of the USPS. Trust can be of short supply these days and he continues to earn it. All these years I've never lost a package and I ship a lot. Also, he knows other customers by name and everyone in line is happy to see him! Not all customers are right in the head though. I've seen self entitled customers become completely belligerent because they didn't get what they demanded even though it wasn't even sensible. I've seen him help direct these crazy customers nicely even when they are being completely disrespectful to him. Junior is awesome and he deserves a raise! I will be a loyal customer with the USPS because of him.”
“I have been to 4 post office locations in the city of Pasadena CA. This one by far has the most friendliest and helpful staff out of all the locations I have been to! Seriously, I have received attitude and even hostility at 2 of the 3 other post office locations that I have done business at. If you need to do any business with the USPS in the city of Pasadena CA, this is the location you want to go to!”
“Went in for passports for me and my kids. Right away they asked if I had an appointment and I said yes. Told me to stand aside and not wait in line. Then we got greeted by the best, Jeff. He was friendly and we got the best customer service ever. I was hesitant to come here because of the bad reviews but trust me it was not bad at all. The process was smooth and he was so kind to me and my kids. Definitely recommend!”
“Postal Services in Sierra Madre, Los Angeles, California...We had just finished breakfast nearby when I asked my friend, Hannah, if there was a post office nearby. She pointed and said that there was one right around the corner! Yay!Sierra Madre's post office is cozy, calm, and mellow. I felt like I was in a safe, small, quaint country town. I parked in the back of the building and walked in the building from the side door.Other people parked in the front, on the street, and walked in the front door.It wasn't crowded, so, I walked right up to the letter slot, tossed my postcard in, and left.Easy as pie!”
“This is a small US Post Office in Montebello that offers all the services made possible by the USPS. It is open Monday through Friday until 4:30 pm. They close right on the dot. You can drop off letters, packages, rent a postal box, buy greeting cards, gift cards, and obviously buy stamps. The front desk postal workers are always friendly and very helpful. But please be patient when you decide to come here. They usually have one cashier servicing customers.”

“It's a very small post office, right off Irwindale Ave and Arrow Hwy, on a side street directly across from a city park and the Irwindale Police Station. The parking lot has 4 spots, one is disabled only, however, there is parking permitted at it's curb on the street, which is why 4 stars. If you arrive at 2:00pm during weekdays, you'll have to come back at 2:30pm to allow the employees their lunch break. There's also the drive-up out-going stamped mailbox with the Priority Mailbox and Express in the parking area. It isn't as big as the Covina Post Office on Rimsdale or the West Covina P.O. nearby the West Covina Fashion Plaza which may discourage some but I find a bonus for no waiting, generally. It has a handicapped entrance and ramp next to disabled spot. And I've yet to see any of the postal employees being rude or unhelpful to any of the customers and there definitely is no woman by the door asking if you need stamps (really? it's so small, she'd get in the way if she existed) as one review claimed. I just like it because it's quick and easy if I need to go inside.”

“I’ve had a P.O. Box here for a few years. On the first of the month that lands on a Saturday, I’m here and able to get money orders for rent. Usually there’s one person working but that person knows what they’re doing and they get you at out fast.”

“After failing to find my packages in my mailbox for quite some time, I went to the front desk for assistance. I was advised to purchase a P.O. box, which I did; however, my packages were still missing.
When I returned today, an absolutely wonderful staff member—a woman named Kamal—helped me out. I panicked because a package delivered today contained medication, and although I overreacted, she handled the situation with great understanding. She contacted the person who had delivered the box to inform him of the issue—a man named Mark—and he immediately met me at the mailboxes to assist me. He was incredibly understanding and patiently demonstrated, step-by-step, that my key was actually opening the wrong box. It turned out my previous shipments—and everything else—were right where they belonged. Given how stressed and agitated I was today, I was extremely pleased and grateful to encounter two employees who were so helpful and understanding.
