There isn't a better auto repair place in SOCAL! It's a trek for me coming from North Hollywood, but I WILL NOT take my truck ANYWHERE else. Been having issues with my FJ wavering/shaking on the road and in addition to needing an alignment. Marco took great care of my rig...Aside from doing the basic requests, he went the extra mile to make sure the problem was completely solved. Checked torque on all my suspension parts,, He was able to completely get rid of the wobbling in my wheel, and has the thing feeling planted firmly on the road. Cant say enough about Marco and this garage. They are all professional, honest, and get the feeling they're just simply good people. You know a spot is good, when friends/customers just come by to chat with the staff....It's hard for me to get to this shop with work and all. But just being able to trust in the service is worth the time and distance.

I got my Outback lifted by RPM back in June of this year. I was originally extremely happy with the outcome of the lift and service. I took my car back in for a FREE re-torque inspection about 500 miles post install. The owner recommended I did so. I noticed a "clunk" sound in the rear when I first got my car back but assumed it'd go away after I took it back for the re-torque but unfortunately even after the re-torque the sound was still there but not as much. As of 9/5, I had my brake fluid flushed & a tire rotation done by another mechanic. The mechanic informed me RPM didn't secure my rear sway bar bolts after the installation was done. The mechanic went in and secured the bolts and now that clunk sound is 100% gone. Little bummed RPM didn't catch that simple mistake, even during my re-torque appointment.

Steve reached out to me to discuss the issues surrounding my experience. After explaining the situation, I believe there might have been some miscommunication between both shops as he stated he would've liked to have taken a look at the issue before determining if it qualified for warranty repair. If it did, they would've warrantied it, no problem. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I didn't know the issue was related to a previous repair I did here. The shop I took it to either misunderstood that Steve's team was willing to look at it, and assumed it was out of warranty or just wanted to take the job. Either way, I should've personally called Steve and his team to discuss the issues first before agreeing to have the other shop do the repair. With that said, I believe the fact that Steve reached out and made an effort to understand the situation, and cleared the air, shows professionalism and that they value their customers. I understand why I've heard so many great things about them, and why my BIL thinks so highly of them.

This review is overdue, but I have to wait couple of weeks to make sure that the oil leak is fixed. They did a good job and the charge is almost $200 less than what the previous mechanic quoted me.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been bringing my vehicles to RPM for years. They really know their business and in my opinion are as good or better than the mechanics at dealerships. They treat me fairly, are friendly, helpful , and honest. I will continue taking my vehicles there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Let me start off by saying this place is really expensive. I have a 95 Toyota 4Runner and for them to say most part are discontinued, that's a lie. I looked up the dealership close to my house and they have all the parts except for 2-3 that they did discontinued. Customer service was alright but for them to keep you updated does take a while. Also they broke my key to unlock the doors. Supposedly there was no locksmith available but that was also a lie. They were willing to pay for it but after Labor Day, I called a few locksmith locations and they said they could do it as long as they have the key. They took half a day to figure this out but they seemed not to worry about it. Also the repairs that needed to be done was around 7-8k. Screw this place. Also a set of brake pads $487.77 that's way too much. I know there's an inflation but they are willing to screw you with no lube!!! Decided to take my rig elsewhere and was surprised that they were able to do it for cheap.

I recently had my brakes done with RPM garage they are amazing . I took my jeep there and they everything to satisfy my expectations. RPM is specialized at Land Crouser but they did a great job on my jeep highly recommended. They are very busy . Try to make an appointment before you go there.
