If I could give 0 Stars I would never buy insurance from this company they never answer the calls so if you have an accident you will have to solve it alone because Safeway insurance is just stealing your money it is a fraud

Never pickup the phone amalia is doing her job but her customer service is horrible doesn’t listen and cuts you off going to go to their office and speak to her in person for the lack of communication

October 2nd I was at a stop sign stopped and david Tomlinson rear ended me while under the influence. I filed a claim with his insurance safeway and Lucy who was handling the claim denied it because he wouldn't answer his phone!!!!! They never even sent an adjuster out to see my damage! Im fighting it with my lawyer but why tf should I have to deal with all this extra bs! Pay yalls claims! He was at fault I shouldn't have to use my insurance

I wish i could give them 0 stars! This is not a good insurance company. This adjuster they gave me was mean and rude. She keeps asking me questions like i know whi stole my car which was Hyundai Sonata!!! They wasn't trying to help with a rental or anythin. she literally told me ' she didnt care about my feeling!! she hate when i called and ask question.she could yell and be disreect on the phone but soon as i raise my voice ' she hangs up. i even ask for a supervisor and she hung up in my face. my car was in the shop for more than 2 months just sitting because they didnt wanna pay on time. She literally told me ' she dont have to call and check on my car ' thats not her job! Made me think is she doing this because im black but who knows?? my car still not fix completely- so no to safeway folks! suzanne d , needs to go through training again, she doesnt have all the qualification.

Safeway Insurance Company left me with a neck injury low ball me on the settlement I did not know my neck was injured at the time do not take any settlement get an attorney Sue this company they will not play fair with you try to lowball you out of your compensation or your injury worst company ever

It's not surprising that folks will naturally be disgruntled with the handling of the claims process after an accident or damage to their vehicle. After all, we all need our cars. However my experience with Safeway was a positive one. My car was in the repair shop for a week during which time my adjuster set me up with a rental car. The check to the body shop was promptly sent and I was on my way. The customer service I received was always professional, too.

If there was a ZERO star option, Safeway Insurance would get that from me. The absolute worst customer service ever. Not only are their employees non responsive, they are completely rude and unhelpful. After 2 months of trying to get claim updates or speak to someone, NOTHING has been done. My car was stolen and now say they are "investigating" I have given everything they asked for cell phone bills, bank statements, police reports, etc. Jesus Diaz a supervisor RUDE & unhelpful and does not return calls. Alejandro Delgado adjuster, UNHELPUL in 2 months maybe 2 conversations. Absolutely THE WORSE! What's even more surprising is that this company is still in business.

Not only are their employees non responsive, the are completely rude and unhelpful. After a month of trying to speak directly to the adjuster assigned to my case, I was finally able to speak to a supervisor. She was so hostile and so combative that I was sincerely shocked. What's even more surprising is that this company is still in business. After back and forth, about non relevant to my case stuff, I was able to get a half baked answer. Totally useless. Be warned, if you don't have to deal with them, don't.

Stay away from these thieves . They charged me $1200 for my 6 month policy . A week later call again asking for an extra $600 bc it appeared on their system that my car is a sports car . I gave them my registration , VIN etc so how is it possible for your staff to not know it was a sports car. Then they want to penalize me for their error by charging me a cancelation fee. This place is garbage and ran by a bunch of incompetent mongloids with half a smooth brain.
