“I always go during the week because Michael provides Superior customer service. They've been flexible with me regarding making it in a little late, still letting me dump. I'm not a young gal anymore... previously I had health issues, surgeries, lots of pain but I was on my own. Michael was a lifesaver. He was always helpful because sometimes I wasn't able to do all the physical labor for dump. He jumped right in to help, taking care of problems I couldn't deal with. He would never accept any money.
