My vehicle was in and out within 3 days so it was great to depend on the quick service! John also provided me with a rental vehicle to make sure I was able to make it to work while my car was in service. I was communicated with every step of the way and never felt pressured into doing anything like you normally are at other dealerships so it was a nice change!

Horrible service. We dropped off our truck on 09/20/2023 where Tanya Ruiz wrote up the service. When dropping off the truck we were advised our diagonstics would be done within 2 business day. A week went by and no contact from anyone. I called a couple times but our agent never seemed to be at work and did not return our calls. After requesting to speak to manager John began to take over the service for us, he at least had some follow through with communicating with us. Then it became a we do not know what the issue is we need to contact Chevy to see what the next steps were. The last communication I recieved from John he was asking for $3200+ to tear down the truck in hopes that they can find the issue which we declined as again there were no guarantees. I requested to have our truck ready for pick and now they have a $440.00 invoice for diagnostics they ran. I would not have a problem paying the money had there been some results but 3 weeks later and the only thing I got was a request for more money, come on. Needless to say we will not be returning here for anything at all and mind you we bought 3 of these trucks at the time of purchase with this one. Do better Sierra.

I have some mixed feelings about the dealer, but all and all, thru some misdirection from the sales staff and the sales manager we got what we needed a bought a new colorado and we love it! But we didn't get the black grill logo that we paid $155.99 for. You can mail that to me. Thank you!

Service at this dealership is exceptional! Tanya was prompt, friendly, offered me Lyft service, was very proactive & professional. Tanya knew what I needed before I had to ask. This is my third vehicle service in about as many years, repair cost aside (which have been reasonable) I always leave happy I came with confidence it was done right.I rarely do reviews, but I rarely come across this level of professional service. Thank you Tanya & Sierra Chevrolet service department!

Finally decided to get the airbag recall work done. I called yesterday and they got me in this morning. Vehicle was done in the time frame stated. Also, I had no ride back to Sierra to pickup my car. No problem, they offer complimentary ride share from and to the dealership if you live within 10 miles. Service writer Tanya was friendly/and competent. Great experience.

It took an entire workday week (Mon-Fri) to get my car fixed. I was surprised that it would take 24-48 hours before the problem was diagnosed, which was stated to me at station that they told me this on phone (they did not-I would have remembered that). What good is an appointment if you cannot get to it at that moment? On pickup, I scheduled time via computer to pick up. I had to wait 30 minutes outside front office to “pick up”. I think they may have cleaned up the car, but you should have told me that when I showed up.Overall, Tanya was very good at communicating via text after I left car. The car is now running very well. I was pleased to pick up a clean car.

No wondering why their rate is so low!! I just walked out the dealer after 20 seconds of conversation with Mr.Cristian who as soon as I asked a price for a truck he added 2,000 por delivery plus 5,000 markup fees, soon I asked that I wanted to see different vehicle with what he replied that he just sales cars and that the high fees comes from the dealer. He was not nice so I just walked out. Hope his supervisor can see this review and train him better!!!

I was going to visit four dealerships, and I started at Sierra Chevrolet of Monrovia. I never went to the other three! It was clear to me that they heard what I needed and made me a good offer on my trade-in and a good price for the Chevrolet Bolt EUV that I bought. By the time I left the lot in my new car, I felt that I understood the details of how it works, how to manage the battery well, how to work the electronics, etc. Every day as I drive my new Bolt, I'm happy I went there first!

After purchasing this Pre-owned Subaru Outback my 83 year old Father found 2 issues within the first 2 weeks of purchase, first was the front passenger side window rolled down, but would not roll back up, so my father made an appointment to get that fixed within that first week and it was fixed. Moving forward to week two we noticed that both side moldings on the front drivers and passengers doors were loose and peeling off, so once again my father (who is 83 yrs old by the way) called and explained what the problem was and was scheduled an appointment to bring the car back for repairs. On Wednesday September 13, 2023 he drove down from Victorville to Monrovia to be told that he would have to Pay out of Pocket for the Repair, per the General Manager according to Harmony, the woman at the Service center, apparently the General Manager was at a meeting and was called at which time was adamant about not repairing the molding. My father and myself were both directly led by Harmony to go next door to Sierra Subaru to see if they would do the repairs and we would be given a supposed discount being that Sierra Chevrolet & Sierra Subaru were affiliated together. We got nothing in writing from Harmony so the service mgr at Subaru a Mr.Thomas stated it would be $435.00for a new molding kit & labor costs, I asked about the so called discount and he said he couldn’t do anything without it being in writing from Chevrolet, which is approximately 300ft away from Subaru or a phone call away, but okay… So needless to say my 83 yr old Father was at this point extremely frustrated, thank God for Dylon a young man at the Service department at Subaru for directing us to an Auto body shop near by that they often use for bodywork, they were able to fix the problem within 45 mins for $100.00. You would think after purchasing a Vehicle, paid in Full at the time of purchase regardless of it being Pre-owned or New that the General Manager would want to do the right thing to please the Customer and possibly have return customers, but I guess the $100.00 he would have spent to rectify this issue was too much for Chevy to pay out!!! Oh well, hope you all sleep very well at night knowing that you caused an 83 year old some real frustration for something that was a simple fix… May God Bless you All…
