Went here to check in my car and they said there was all these issues and we went to another mechanic and was told everything is fine. The battery was perfect condition but the dealership had said it was bad. Do not recommend going here take your vehicle somewhere else! All they want is money

My husband and I recently went to Sierra Honda to have a hitch and crossbars installed on our Honda Odyssey, and Adam helped us from start to finish. He was amazing — it honestly felt like he rolled out the red carpet for us and catered to our every need.
Adam ordered all the parts we needed and called within just a few days to schedule our appointment. When we came in, he immediately arranged a great rental that was very comparable to our Odyssey. He was patient, informative, personable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
Sierra Honda is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. It was refreshing to experience such outstanding customer service — something that’s rare to find these days. Adam has absolutely won us over as loyal customers from here on out.

If you need any service done with your car come to Sierra Honda best service ever ask for Adam Lopez from service and free car wash that’s always giving your car the shine no issue with them ever and if you ever do they will make it right very reasonable place if I can go back I would of bought a car from this dealership avoid GOUDY HONDA ALHAMBRA that place sold me a bad pre-order new car which finally got fix by Sierra Honda stay safe on the road by getting repair done here

As a los angeles transplant, THIS is THE place to go to buy a car. Sierra Honda of Monrovia, is one, pristine. Its not the largest dealership, but its clean and homey. The salesmen are honest, amazing, and genuinely down-to-earth. I went to 4 different dealership(s) in the surrounding los angeles area, so believe me when I say, these guys will take care of you. Mike was above and beyond -- overall exceptional guy. I walked in a little after 1231pm on a friday afternoon and Mike had me rolling on the 210 by 4pm—excellent service, location, and PRICE!! I walked away with the car I wanted and honestly? Mike made that happen. Go to Sierra Honda of Monrovia T O D A Y! Happy Halloween :)

Working with Luis was a pleasure! On the downside, working with Tom was an unpleasant experience. He asked me to give him the price we were looking for and to be reasonable, so I did. It was my first time shopping for a car so maybe he should have been more upfront (which he seems to pride himself on) and give me a range. Of course, I’m going to give a number that I’d be happy with, but he comes back basically saying that we’re “playing silly little games and they don’t want our business.” Like what? Very rude and disrespectful and I’ve been a huge Toyota fan but was very much thinking of switching to Honda but after this experience, I’ll be going with Toyota!

The recent purchase of our new 2019 Jeep Grand. Cherokee 4X4 at Sierra. Honda of. Monrovia was Excellent. My Sales person. Karen. Goodwin was exceptional. Karen made my sales transaction simple and quick. Karen worked a great deal for me on a. Beautiful Fully loaded Jeep Grand Cherokee. Overland with the 5.7 liter Hemi engine and 8 speed automatic transmission. My family and I will use this awesome Jeep for camping , Off Roading and Driving on the Sand Dunes at. Pismo. Beach.
