Had a very nice experience with Edgar at Monrovia's Subaru - after a simple internet search I found the car we were looking for and got an instant response regarding availability via email. In the following phone call we quickly agreed on a better price and I am happy to say: Coming in the next day to get through test drive and all paperwork was fair and straightforward. No hard selling extras, etc... and we got out in less than 2 hours: Happy kid / new car owner treated us to a nice lunch! Thank you Edgar.( Also for staying true to the Subaru LGBTQ+ sensibility: we felt very comfortable )

*AMAZING*The Mrs conned me into going to the dealership to look at POSSIBLY getting out of our CBS '21 Crosstrek Limited and getting a Forester. She knows me and right away starts looking for a Crystal Black Silica Wilderness Forester. Enter Jeffrey Stevens. He walks up just beaming with positive energy. He greets us, asks what he can help us with, and goes on a hunt for our "POSSIBLE" adoption. I'm thinking there is absolutely no way there would be one (I secretly built on the Internet two days prior) on the lot. After about 20 minutes, Jeff comes out with keys and says, "I think we have one in the other lot." We get in a Forester, which he let's me drive, and head to look in the next storage lot. We get in a lot two minutes away and boom, there it is! EXACTLY, how I would have ordered it if I could have. Long story short, Jeff worked out an amazing offer and we happily adopted our new @Raven.Subie a 2023 Subaru Wilderness Forester. We are looking forward to all of the new family memories we will create because Jeff and his team did all that he could to get us where we wanted to be. Thanks Jeff and everyone Sierra Subaru of Monrovia for helping us keep the adventures going strong!

Dicked around on trade in quote online... offered 3000$ less. I was told through internet sales they match carmax. Nope. Lie. They kept my registration after I walked out as a sales tactic to get me back... continued to harass me through phone, text and email. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.If they would have just said go to Carmax first I would have been fine with that.

My Subaru check engine light came on two weeks ago unexpectedly. Of course the day before a planned vacation we would be taking it on. I was helped by the service provider Joseph DiThomas. At first I was disappointed to hear my car wouldn't be able to be serviced due to how bald and unsafe my tires were. I was not anticipating getting 4 new tires. DiThomas took the time to explain to me why it was unsafe due to the condition of my tires and answer all my questions along the way. Although I was disappointed at first, that changed over our conversation. He was very kind, informative, honest, straight forward and was easy to talk to. As a woman it can be intimating and uncomfortable taking in your vehicle with little to no car knowledge. DiThomas was not condescending or patronizing in anyway. It was a positive experience and I appreciate that because I was honestly intimidated that I had to take it in myself.I appreciate his time, communication, and positive energy during our interactions. He made an unenjoyable task a good experience. Although it was a lot more $ than we were expecting, I know it was work that needed to be done to keep us safe on the road. He was able to help me with some price adjustments that were very appreciated. Thank you for being honest and kind. Joseph DiThomas's assistance has been the best service I've received at Subaru Monrovia-We've been a customer since 2019. There were multiple things that needed to be fixed, replaced, worked on. I was able to get my vehicle back the next day. I was also offered a free rental to use and a free Lyft home after I dropped my Subaru off. We did not need to rental, but the offer was a very kind gesture. I appreciate everyone who worked on my vehicle.

I’m a bit of a pessimist when it comes to corporate business interactions in a country where the primary focus is profit and very little for people or care… but when I needed to bring my car to Subaru Monrovia I was very pleasantly surprised.Don’t go to Subaru Glendale… the reviews do reflect the type of service you’ll receive there.Subaru Monrovia on the other hand… attentive and thoughtful service.Rafael is fantastic.I will absolutely be bringing my car here while I have a Subaru in my care.

This was my first time buying a Subaru. Edgar helped us order a car & it came within the time given, 6 weeks. We are more than happy for the helpfulness we experienced at Sierra Subaru.Their Love_Encore program where they have you come back and have any unanswered questions with Dominick was very informative. I learned some things & met the Sales manager Alex who was very nice. All & All our experience was hasselfree & I would recommend Sierra to all my friends & family

I just wanted to take a moment and thank all of the staff at Subaru of Monrovia that made my experience great! First, I’d like to mention Anna Robles for going above and beyond to help get what I wanted with what I had! She was and still is a pleasure to work with! Second, I’d like to thank Abdul Ismael on helping the second half of the experience a great one! He has gone above and beyond to make sure there are no problems with my new vehicle and that he continues to make sure that if there’s any questions to not hesitate to ask or tell them. I recently purchased a new car at Sierra Subaru, and after a few days of driving it, I realized it was not right for me. Aware that there is no cooling-off period in California, I reached out to the dealership to see what could be done. I ended up working with Anna Robles. Anna was amazingly accommodating and worked with me to find a solution. She went beyond what I thought was possible to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. A huge thanks to Anna and her team members Scott Firestone and Shanye Daniels for doing everything they could to ensure I ended up with a purchase I'm thrilled with!

Unfortunately, I had to have a major recall dealt with on my Electric Hybrid Crosstrek, and fortunately, Sierra Subaru was my dealership of choice for the work. A young lady named Ty called and said that due to the length of work, she was reserving a car for me, so I won't be stranded for the three days required for the repair. Really?? She proactively reserved a car? That was awesome and she was absolutely lovely to deal with on the phone. Very very helpful. The icing on the cake was the service advisor. Jaime V. was a man of his word. He texted me often about the progress and called me when the car was finished. He even noted how dirty the car was and had it washed for me. Holy hell....who does that without being asked?? I also chatted a bit with Tony the service manager. I now see where the good deeds from the dept come from. His kindness and attention roll downhill to the employees, making the service dept here HIGHLY recommended and top notch.

Monrovia team was incredibly honest helpful and zero pressure. I’ve never seen anything like this . Not to mention it wasn’t an all day event . This team respects and values your time. I will never purchase a car from anywhere else. Kudos to Jordan , and Manager Andrew these guys really understood my needs and they made this a very special experience!! Thanks guys
