I googled typewriter repair services and chose Snappy Copy since it was the closest to my office. David Deng picked it up, cleaned it, and even delivered it 2 days later. It was a reasonable price for the service and it works fine now. Thank you!

I bought a used photocopies/Xerox machine from this company last week. I paid a very good deal for $700 and I was told that there was full ink and full working capacity actually was told that there’s 75% in ink and then I had to actually hire another person to make sure that it worked because Mr. Deng did not know how to make my Xerox machine work by himself even though he’s a supposedly a train professional I had to hire, and he paid for another person to come and fix the machine that he said was working when he dropped it off, but it would not print transparency material. So he had to hire somebody else to make his machine work that he sold to me and then I checked the machine out on my own and was able to see that he lied to me and I printed out the machines in quantity and it was significantly less than he had ever said so he lied to me and said there was 75% ink in the machine when he dropped it off and when I paid for it But now I have printed out this paper that says it’s less than 5% on each color and he will not replace the ink and will not do business with me anymore and the only option he gave me was giving me my money back and taking the machine away from me instead of Supplying me with the ink that he said was in the machine. So he lied and tried to convince me that I was somehow the problem when he told me that there was a significant amount of ink at least 75% and there was less than five in each color drum

I have an IBM Wheelwriter 1500 from the 80's that needed help. The carriage wasn't working and the keys were sticking, among other things. It was dirty and gummed up. David Deng did an AMAZING job restoring the thing! I couldn't be happier with the results. It's been cleaned thoroughly and is now in pristine condition. So smooth. The carriage is operating perfectly...along with everything else. I never write reviews but this guy is a TREASURE. He knows everything there is to know and I'm sure that there aren't many guys like him left. He gave me a VERY fair quote and sent photos and video of the issues and his progress as he worked on the machine. He completed the work quickly and couldn't be a nicer guy. I HIGHLY recommend his services. And anyone that has an appreciation for beautiful old TYPEWRITERS knows what a gift it is to have someone like David nearby.

Our old HP printer was crunching copies and smearing a long horizontal stripe down the vertical edge of every printed page. My son looked up printer repair shops and called Snappy Copy for me. The owner, David Deng, quoted the parts and labor. I called to make sure they were open and was surprised that David said he would obtain the part I needed and come to our home to install it--no extra cost! David was marvelous, efficient, professional and kind. I cannot give any higher rating, but I believe he deserves 10 starts!!! What a wonderful gentleman. You are in the best hands when you use Snappy Copy.
