Trader Joe’s – Trader Joe’s in Commack, Long Island, and other locations like NYC Chelsea are appreciated for their wide variety of products and friendly customer service. Customers often praise staff members such as Amanda, Juliet, Scott, and Jaida for their helpfulness. The store offers a range of products, including crackers labeled as made in Canada, which customers find superior to those made in Mexico. However, some concerns are raised about product availability and quality, such as the discontinuation of fat-free milk in NYC, which affects customers with health issues. Shoppers also mention issues with certain products like Italian sausage containing bone bits, urging Trader Joe’s to improve quality control. Additionally, there is a desire for more sugar-free options, such as sugar-free ice cream and sweet products, to cater to diabetics. Customers also express frustration over limited availability of mini totes, with some noting that resale practices have led to inflated prices, and they hope for the return of these items in larger quantities. A common theme is the lack of Trader Joe’s stores in the high desert area, forcing long drives and the use of ice chests for shopping, as there are few organic or specialty stores nearby. Overall, shoppers enjoy the store’s offerings and service but wish for improved product consistency and more locations.

If you are not happy with the BIG NAMES making graham, and other crackers in MEXICO, which the crackers now definitely taste different, the ones at Trader Joe’s are labeled Canada, and they are so much better. Whatever happened to Made in USA?
