I have nothing negative to say about U-HAUL. ONLY reason for the 1 star, as for customer service. Unprofessional. There's a employee by the name Nita when I first arrived was extremely helpful, but rex flag was when she offered a bigger truck for same price of truck I needed. Didn't see it coming, but that's more gas. I pay and only needed for 2 maybe 4 days. Unfortunately, California experience one off thee worst storm's and made it impossible to move. Nonstop rain. I called her office and left several messages. Never got call back. Reason was to see if I could move days out. So I drove to location to see a note on front door saying she's out of town, VALENTINE'S, and would be back week later. So I completed my move and return truck later then I expected. And she still was not back, after the days she posted and never returned any of my calls. She did leave a number for a gentleman by the name of Larry. Day's later I was charged 900 plus dollars, not including what I had already paid. When I called Larry and explained weather conditions and had no problem with over half, he told me I should of just drop tuck off then and came back another day. Very Unprofessional. I also tried talking with Nita the employee. And she was rude and didn't want to talk about. So I wouldn't advise you to rent at all from this location. You will be told one price when you get there and completely different when you drop off.And the truck thing. Becarful. She can be very rude and disrespectful. U- Haul. Do some homework on business holders.
