We were helped today by Camila and Chrissy. Camila was able to find the treats we were looking for right away, and checked in the back if they had extra. Chrissy and Camila also noticed the price difference between in store and online price matched the treats for us right away! Thank you both! :)

It's Petco. This store is two doors away from Marshalls (Trader Joe's, Sally's Beauty Supply). It is a unique offering like a Market Express except for four legged animals. It carries almost everything for cats and dogs (fish, birds, etc would be larger full service locations). The service is welcoming and prices are standard.

Waiting outside, it was 10:30, and the store wasn't open. It should have opened at 10:00. There was no notification as to why it was still closed in the window, and many customers were waiting outside. Store have lot good products but has unreliable ethics of operation.

Products unavailability even though I called ahead. Both employees couldn't figure out how to match the online prices. Although kind, I just drove to Pasadena, where they are great. It's too bad because this store of but 3 minutes from home
