“Went in today to get my back case for my watch to snap on. The owner who is pretty quiet helped me snap the case back on with his professional tool that he had and when I asked for the price to pay. “When you walk in to Hing Wa Lee in San Gabriel it is a beautiful layout, the staff is very friendly and professional specifically my sales agent Young Jin Lee who took a lot of time and care to show me both Rolex and Cartier options. I highly recommend coming to see him, he is very knowledgeable and friendly to get along with and is great at following up and checking in. Highly recommend. Stacy also did a great job setting up a time for me to come in and see watches in person.”

Peter helped me gold plate a piece of jewelry made by my mother that no other big box store was willing to take. It was clear Peter’s many years in the business offer him a great wealth of knowledge which he is able to share with the customer. He is an expert at making the process as quick and painless as possible for any needs the customer may have. After nearly a year of the industry our household relies on being on strike Diamond Jim's was clutch by being the bridge we needed to get us by between the long gaps of paychecks. They gave us a very reasonable loan and I would recommend them to anyone that anyone who asked and honestly the percentage is so much lower than taking out a small bank loan or using your credit card. Cash is still King and at Diamond Jim's they'll help you keep your crown”
“This place deserves more reviews and is a hidden gem (pun intended) in Pasadena. They do Rolex servicing and I am tempted to do this as Rolex’s service pricing is bordering absurd at the moment. Had my diamond earrings that needed some love after 10+ yrs of wear wo cleaning and Michael cleaned them on the spot and reurned them to me SPARKLING wi 5 minutes. They also sell GREAT fine pieces of estate jewelry. I’ll be visiting biweekly to see whats new. Rolex servicing review update to follow!”

“I’m giving this store a 5 star because of their employee Cristal was a great help with letting me know that they carry extenders for necklaces. I was so close to returning a beautiful necklace my boyfriend bought me for Christmas. A couple weeks ago I went and Alejandra had informed me that there was no way to make my necklace longer and that they didn’t have extenders which I was pretty sad to hear. Thankfully today Cristal was so nice and informed about the extenders!”

“RE: Jewelry RepairI took in two gold necklaces with wonky clasps that needed repair. With the first necklace, they noted that it wasn't broken, just needed to be closed a certain way. Easy peasy. They could've charged us to "repair" something that wasn't broken. Their honesty was much appreciated.With the second necklace, it was obviously broken, but they fixed it immediately for $20. I had quotes from a few shops and this was in the ballpark. All in all, it was an easygoing experience for us. So, I think we'll be making this our family jewelry store, now.”

“I have been in the area for two years and finally found a jewelry store worth shopping at. Great customer service and a greater knowledge of watch's from the owner. What like the most about this jewelry store and the owner is when I walked in the store I was viewed as a cutomer. I was not judged by my race. As in this area black people are always stereotyped. Additionally, the prices we exceptionally great and they are willing to negotiated. I would highly advise this place.”
