I went in to my local branch, (where I've banked for 30 years), to exchange new 100's bills for ones and fives to have cash for a trip oversees. My travel agent had warned me not to take bills which were old, torn or had writing on them as they would not be accepted by merchants in that country. The 2 tellers I dealt with were very polite and pleasant. The manager made it seem my request was a rude interruption of his day. He never exchanged a greeting, he spoke to the teller as though I was not present, he had me examine the money in the lobby at a desk, and then stand in line again, and he seemed upset and put out. In short customer service was not part of his training and he did nothing to cause me to want to keep my account at WF.

I would like to give Daniela 10 stars great customer service and she went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get some money from my check. Everyone at this Wells Fargo is amazing and help you with everything. Thank You Daniela for all that you did. I would recommend this bank to all my friends and family.

Unable to reach anyone by phone when I went in to get bank statements, I gladly waited, but when I got home, I realized there were no check images with the statements when I went back the next day to get them it became a big problem and I had to make an appointment. I was still at work. I was not able to reach anyone to cancel the appointment. So I finally emailed the banker two times trying to let her know that I had to cancel and trying to reschedule. I still have not Received a response four days later and when I tried calling the bank once again, no one is available to talk to you. Wasn't able to reach anyone by phone today so I went in this time they said if I would wait a few minutes, they would have a banker available this time I was helping less than 10 minutes and they gave me my check images. Yay.

Edwin the teller that helped me out was amazing. went well above and beyond to help me out in a tight situation, even working past his scope of work and calling me back with a solution after I had left. thank you so much, by far best experience I've had with Wells Fargo, amd I've been with them since 2004. Thank you Edwin, thank you so much.

Made an appointment weeks in advance to see a banker, walk into the branch exactly on time. We were told there isnt a banker available to assist us, not wvwn offer to reschedule. They said they called multiple times but i never got a missed call. At least try harder wells fargo. Also only street parking is available. Would not recommend

Senior citizen reporting here: I needed a new ATM Card. I had some mis-information regarding to going into the bank for a temporary card. they no longer issue Temporary cards. Natalie, The new customer Service Representative at the bank she helped me. She calmed me down. She walked me through the steps how to cancel my current card and update my apple wallet. she was so helpful and sweet. Best banking experience ever, I left the back with a confident smile on my face with a new understanding on how to use the apple wallet and cash in my pocket. Natalie Good job and good job who hired you for our Monrovia Branch..

Very poor customer service. Just deposited a large cash amount. The teller Janet a bit in a hurry not very warm. No follow up to my questions. Just moved to the area trying to find somewhere where I'm comfortable banking but 1st impressions are somethings I value. Disappointing as it's after lunch. Would think the rush is over but unfortunately I was wrong.

Vanessa was amazing! She really cared about ppl. I had issues with an unauthorized account that needed further clarification with a branch staff at Wells Fargo's. I walked in and Vanessa was assigned to help me. Even tho I don't bank here nor even with Well Fargo, she never make me feel like I am a bother to her. She was beyond helpful and makes sure I had everything I needed that day. If I ever need to switch bank one day, I will look for the bank that Vanessa works at. Much appreciated for p like here at the bank who shows sincerity.
