I cannot say enough great things about this salon! The staff was WONDERFUL and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. The salon was clean and spacious. Shannon gave me a perfect cut! I have long layers, and I rarely trust people to cut them properly. She did a great job, making sure that they layers were visible, my split ends were gone, and shaped the front layers to my face (which is exactly how I want a cut!). She also educated me about two Aveda products (that I absolutely HAD to take home once I tried them) that would help my split ends. I love them so much and will need more soon! I can’t wait to come back here and get another cut in a few months!Service: Hairstyling

I wanted to give an honest review of this place because I really wanted to like it.For starters, they were able to get me in same day, booking was incredibly easy, and my hair stylist was so nice. The customer service was great.The problem is that I paid $110 for a haircut and condition and I left with an uneven bob. I told Xylem the next day and they got me in fast to fix it. I’m very appreciative that they did this.As a result of the uneven trim my hair is MUCH shorter than what I originally asked for.The customer service and stylist were great but for the quality I received at that price point I just don’t see myself going back.(I won’t be naming my stylist as she was professional and so kind!)Services: Blowdry

I visited Xylem for the first time on Saturday as I was only looking for Aveda products. I was immediately greeted and offered help with questions and I found what I was looking for in addition to a new product that I had not tried before after being offered a little sample. I also ended up coming back for a consultation on some color correction and then I booked a service. My color and cut service was with Loretta and she did a great job on my hair. While I was there, I noticed that each team member was kind and helpful to every person who walked through the door. The salon is clean and peaceful and I enjoyed being there and I will be back to try other services and I will also be a repeat customer with Loretta.

The male stylist working near where I was getting my hair cut was talking very loud and cussing. This not only bothered me, but also lowers the class and ambiance of such a salon. I won't be returning.

Alen is one of the best hairdressers at this salon. After a thorough hair consultation and hair color change, I'm happy to say that I love my new look. Alen was not only professional but also provided excellent service during the process. The salon overall was great, clean and very friendly.

This salon is so cute! I've been going here for awhile, and let me just say that every time I go, I leave so happy! Alen always does an amazing job with my hair! He's very kind and caring. He listens to me when I'm explaining to him about the look I'm trying to achieve. He takes the time to really give me the cut and color I asked for! thank you xylem salon!

Went in for a hydration facial after they sent me a promotion for my birthday. I've actually never had a professional facial before but I'm SO glad I went. Annie was super sweet, knowledgeable, and made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I learned a lot about my skin and got to take home some great products as well!

I called to make an appointment and she told me I was a no show which was untrue, I was there last month and had a hair cut and deep conditioning. I told her that’s untrue and she stated oops that wasn’t you but moving forward I still need to charge you 75.00 to book in advance. I really liked this place and service WAS good. My 91 years old grandma has very fine hair and was super matted. She refused to let me cut it so I took her to Xylem. They washed, brushed, and took the time to get her matted hair beautiful again. I am completely grateful to Xylem because several other salons immediately turned her away when they saw how messed up her hair was. Thank you Xylem!!!
