On 711 day 2024 my kids and I went in to get free slurpees even though I was willing to pay for the extra drinks, well I guess they weren’t giving away slurpees (though there was NO sign & the machines were working perfectly fine)
The only female employee that works here, a short old woman, snatched the slurpees out of our hands and threw them in the trash, stomped away then verbally assaulted me from across the store infront of customers & the kids. Talked to manager, he said it was because she was angry from a previous interaction.. been coming here for years but after that incident I’m good on this place ??

A totally agree with you! Same story I always trusted them when it came to change until it happened way too many times. Isn’t today free slurpee day? Well not there you have to go at 11 but when you get there at 11, sorry you are too late. I thought it was an all day promotion. And that’s another thitif there is a promotion, the don’t have it any more. Crooks

They never have what I need. Inventory is always changing. Clerks are rude. Very dirty store front. Not my favorite 7-11. Things have been going downhill for them in my opinion. Time to try somewhere else!

The cashiers at night are constantly talking on the phone while working. Sometimes they will completely lock the store when they're cleaning and not allow any customers to come in until they're finished (not exactly 24/7). The only staff member that is good is the woman (I believe she is of Latin descent) that works during the day.

Don't bother going to this 711 before 7am the employee will not get off his phone to even ring you up and if the coffee or any food item is out he says it's not his job to make it. Probably related to the owners because I would have fired him long ago.
