I have had my vehicle stored here for close to 2 years now I just found out everyone is a manager and I had complaint about a situation that occurred and the manager instead of listening. He went on to tell me about the company policies and not understanding the situation that I was put in. Really not cool

Super rude gates closed on holidays if you are a minute late to leave they charge 50 bucks to open the gate so you can leave had to threaten to call 911

I have had my RV stored at the Montclair facility for over two years. It is alway very clean and all the security is well maintained. The concrete pavement is clean and makes it easy to look under my RV at times. My RV stays much cleaner here than past storage. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been storing at this location for 2 years now. Best place to store in Montclair, the Manager Jose is very kind and helpful. Facility is always clean and have great security features. Hours are respectable I’m grateful they have exclusive hours so no one is on the premises when they shouldn’t be.

I recently rented out a unit at this storage facility, and I did the best choice. It's very clean, and reliable, and the staff is just very welcoming. The manager Jose was very helpful, and just went through with me any concerns that I had. They keep the facility really clean, and the main lobby is just spotless and it's smells very refreshing. So you can tell a lot by how great they run that place. I would be renting my unit with them for a long time. I definitely recommend it.
