The manager at this store has such an attitude problem. My girlfriend tried to buy a pink sweater off a mannequin and the manager said to try back in a week or two. We came back a week later and she says “I keep telling you guys we can’t sell it until corporate gives us more.” She didn’t “keep telling” us anything, we adhered to her advice by coming a week later, and she did not apologize or seem apologetic, more so annoyed that we came back to try and buy the item. We understand now that the item is still not available, but there is no room for that kind of attitude. Very unprofessional manager, not worth giving this store any of our business.

Victoria secret business shut me down getting my daughter couple gifts for Xmas Eve went with my brother , my new spot is Aeroostale now, thank you, Bernice, helping out great atmosphere very helpful

My two daughters came into the store to shop today at 4:30pm. There was two managers and a girl working the register who had just started. A homeless man walked up to them and asked them to purchase him a pair of pants because he was cold. My daughters have jobs and a roof over their head so they felt obligated as to not escalate the situation. They told the managers what had happened and they did NOTHING. They were not even aware that this was occurring in their store! At the very least they should have called mall management instead just told them they did a good thing. With no other customers in the store, how did these two so called managers have no idea of a homeless man approaching their customers begging for clothes. This is unacceptable for management of any kind!

Worst experience! Spend your money elsewhere. This place is absolutely horrible and has the rudest employees and when I asked the employees name, they refused to tell me and said it was personal information and for privacy reasons they can't give it out. I asked for the rude managers name and she eventually gave it "Arah" if that's really it. They also won't help you find an item if it's not on the floor....they won't check online, won't check their inventory and forget seeing if it can be shipped. They can't be bothered with that. They also won't take your email coupons, or match the price of their own online store. They sat there laughing instead. They clearly don't need you to spend your money there so take it somewhere else where they appreciate the customers that keep them employed.

I had a barcode tag missing from a pair of pants I was returning but I appreciate the manager making an exception and still letting me make the return. I would have had to drive back home, look for it, then drive all the way back again. From past visits, the staff has always been helpful, so I haven't had issues here. This is one of the closer locations to me without having to head to the OC, so I appreciate this location.
