Great gas prices. Great car wash prices. My only complaints are that their services are lacking when it comes to the car wash. See, I feel as though there should always be an employee present in guiding your tires into the car wash. Like, what if I don’t have my tires lined up appropriately, and my vehicle gets damaged??
My last complaint is that the employees drying the cars don’t even speak the language. They also could be rather unpleasant to deal with, as if I should be speaking Spanish to them. Other than that, I’m rather pleased with this car wash,

I recently had an unfortunate experience at ampm. The customer service I received during this visit was horrible.I had a deal on my app for a free 3-pack of cookies and a BOGO free coffee. The cashier rang up my items and scanned the barcode in my app, it did not register the discounts and rewards. When I asked the cashier what was going on, his explanation was simply, "sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't." This explanation seemed rather dismissive and unhelpful. I have frequented numerous ampm stores before and have always had my app scanned without any issues regarding my rewards.After this experience I would not recommend this store to anyone.

It’s AM/ PM credit card system down on all the pumps for over 3 month seems like they don’t care about it.Cashier don’t know nothing and doesn’t seems to worry about It.It’s very inconvenient to go inside and stand in line to pay for the gas.

Do not do not go into this car wash these people are thieves they will charge you $26.99 and all they give you is soap and water inside the tunnel he tries to charge me a lot more when his car wash hardly even works his charging 2699 every month out of my bank account and when I go use the car wash there's hardly soap coming out and the people drying the cars they don't do a good job do not go to this ampm car Wash and customer service sucks

As a Delivery driver there arent many restrooms to use you would think they would let you but instead they are to lazy to clean it so they put out of order signs on both.. Horrible customer service i will make sure other drivers know not to come here as well . We spend money to be turned away..

I was a loyal customer till now. A young man sold me a car wash back in September for $16.99 for one month which I agreed but failed to tell me they will charge my card every month till I call and cancel. I just now noticed they have been charging my card for October, November, December, January. I only went in September cause that's what I agreed and paid for ( one month). No explanation was given to me. I would never accept them charging my card every month especially when I don't work my full hours due to the epidemic, my place of employment is not a sure thing I need my money for food and rent and gas, definitely not a car wash every month. I'm so disappointed because I tried to reach out to the manager spoke to Rosalba ( nice lady) and told her my situation but it's now 5 days later and the manager has not reached out to me. I just want my money put back in my bank account. I want them to make it right.

THRIFTY ICE CREAM :Excellent customer service. Very clean location and honestly how can you not be happy to have a Thrifty Ice Cream shop in your backyard (not really but really). Now that we found it we will be frequent buyers. Oh and tons of ice cream choices not like at the actual RiteAid stores that give you a handful of them. They had over 15 flavors to choose from.
