The lady at the front desk (Karissa) was the absolute worst. My card starting coming back as declined so I went to this branch to correct the issue. She told me I was using the wrong pin. I said it's the same pin I've been using for 15 years. Went to the ATM and tried to withdrawal a quick $20 to see if it worked and it didn't. I asked her how something like this could happen.. that the pin would just all the sudden be invalid, so as to try to keep it from happening again. She doubled down making it seem like I was the one doing something wrong. I could feel my blood pressure rising at this point so I told her she just must not understand the issue. She told me she did but couldn't break it down for me when I asked for an explanation. This was a massive bummer for me because I've never had a problem with Arrowhead until today, but I was so infuriated that I'll have to take my business somewhere where they value customer service a more.

I have been an Arrowhead Credit Union member for over 20 years but I haven't really used many of their financial services except checking, savings, and credit card. Lately I have been shopping around for auto financing. I spoke with Justin here at the Montclair branch. He was incredibly competent, professional, and straightforward while also being friendly. Justin did not hesitate to take his time and thoroughly explain everything. Really great experience overall.

This place is inconsistent.. applied for a loan. Did everything they told me to but they would switch up every time "I got approved" and would say they needed something else making me run around. Just over all super inconsistent and they add on to the stress. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place not worth the headaches. They tell you one thing on the phone and in person but when the day comes to get it they play games.

I love this branch and location, much closer to me now than before when they were located in Chino. Professional staff members who are always ready to provide great customer service.

Aren't tellers supposed to ask for ID at all times? I went in and teller never asked me for ID, what of the card was stolen and some else was using my card?

Every time I've come to this branch everyone is so helpful and professional, not to sure why there are so many people giving back bad feedback about this location/ branch. I like it much better than the Chino location.

I opened my auto loan at the Chino branch in 2019, where I also set up my ACH payments to draft out of my Altura account. My Altura account had been compromised so I had to change my account number. I went in to the Montclair branch today to have the ACH canceled from the old account and to provide my new Altura account so my car payments to Arrowhead will continue. I was greeted by Karissa, who was very polite and offered assistance. I explained what I needed and she tried to find if there’s a way to do that on her computer. She said that I would need to have that done by Altura and not Arrowhead. Another girl came over, no name badge, who stated she was on her break but answering questions to try to assist Karissa. After a minute of fiddling on their computer, they said I would need to handle this with Altura. I explained that the ACH was originally set up through Arrowhead at the branch. I also asked, if a person walks in here today and opens an auto loan, what process does that person go through to set up their payments to Arrowhead from another bank? The other girl became annoyed and would look towards the girls at the counter and roll her eyes. Karissa offered to call her supervisor for assistance, her supervisor also did not know how to help me and also insisted that I have to go through Altura. When I got home, I called Arrowhead and the representative that I was speaking with understood what I needed in 5 minutes, she also knew without me saying it, that the previous account will need to be canceled first. I gave her the new Altura account info, she said a small deposit will be made to confirm access to the account. I will then need to confirm access then the payments will be set to go…. AND she sent an email confirming what was done, which was one of the reason’s I went into the branch, was to also have something of proof for the change of accounts. I think the intentions were there to help but two separate representatives and a supervisor did not know how to do this. Perhaps a lack of knowledge in the job and a training issue.

Opened up an account due to my other credit union (Logix) being much further. Tried Arrowhead out everything seemed good for auto loan when I go look at my carfax, it showed up as mileage not original. They incorrectly put my miles wrong on the bill of sale and sent to dmv (not a problem we all make mistakes), what upset me is this happend in January and it is now April and they still haven’t made right. I go in, I email, I call and no help whatsoever. Highly disappointed

So this bank to be honest has annoyed me quite a bit since ive just opened it, but its only because im not used to bank procedures and rules i guess. So i had a juicy check that i cashed after regular bank hours and the bank decided to hold it for a week?! Like what the fockkkk? So i decided to call and was sent a CSR phone rep named Sam, super sweet and didnt make me feel like i was bothering or annoying her, she actually solved my issue with absolute class! She deserves recognition. If youre looking for a new bank, arrowhead is pretty cool

I love how they have a coin machine. the machine gives you a receipt and you can cash it out the same day.

We'll decided to open a new account today & I'm sorry I didn't get the young lady's name that helped set up our account. But I just wanted to say that she and everyone here was very professional front start to finish! Very accommodating and helpful with setting up and answering all our questions about auto loans. Def.Recommend!Ps avoid arrowhead in upland inside Von's market. they make you stand around waiting for someone to help you and have 4 tellers with no customers in sight just looking at you and not acknowledging you whatsoever :( oh well will go some where we are appreciated like the Pomona branch. Thanks again
