While I was being helped they were very busy and had an elderly gentleman come in that was a bit hostile and loud and the staff handled the situation very gently and professionally. Very nice office, they offer a variety of services and the staff was great.”

“I was involved in an accident yesterday 7/21 at around 4pm. I called my insurance to report the accident. I was hit by a motorist who ran a red light. Christine Chia helped me and since it was already closing time and everyone was going home, she happened to notice that I called 3x and sensed the urgency. She took my info and asked me to call the next day. Prior to talking to her, I called the number listed on listed on my Allstate Policy. I was told multiple times to call the 800 number to file for a claim. It was difficult to get a hold of anybody. So, I waited the next day to call Christine. Upon calling, the agent who answered told me to call claims and then I asked for Christine. I was told she is on the other line and will call me back. She called and took all the info and step by step she helped and gave me all the info and instructions in how to get my car to the repair shop and how to get a rental car. I”
