Few days ago I popped in and they had a security guard watching us check out at the register then checking our receipts when we exit after he watched us pay ? they don’t check the bags either … does anyone know why they are doing this ? “I had the best experience there ever even though I was just there for around 20-30 min, the employees were friendly, and extremely accommodating which was the best part. I had purchased my dress here today it was a great experience since the cashier asked me if I wanted my dress to be hanged or fold and I said hanged, I really didn’t get that typical question when I went to other Windsor, but this place definitely change my mind and I will definitely be coming back to get the same experience.”

“Thanks to Meli I got to shop more, she told me about their sale and I ended up spending more than I wanted to in nice clothes. I loved the energy there and customer service and when that happens we come back. I'm sad to see not everyone got the same experience but definitely mine was great meaning they're improving in customer service. The only thing I was concerned me was the security tags that kinda ruined the clothes, when they removed it there was small holes on the clothes, it's upsetting when you paid $30 for a Tshirt that it's ruined by the security tags. I hope they work on something else without damaging the clothes. The only reason they won't get 5 stars it's because of that, everything else was great.”

So I told them what I was looking for, brought out a few shoes but I couldn't decide. So one of the girl's suggested, why not just put it in a gift card?

“I cannot recommend this company enough. Not only do they have a huge selection, they are so knowledgeable. I didn’t know buying suits would be so easy. We have now been twice and both times the service was stellar.
Also happy to know they do alterations even on garments that aren’t purchased from their establishment. Looking forward to taking a formal gown there to be altered. Again highly recommend you will not be disappointed . A one stop shop.”
