“Friendly staff, helpful and to the point. More appliances than regular electronics. Only reason that it didn’t have 5 stars was the limited offering of products.”

“It's Best Buy. I found deals, but I'm familiar with the store. If I would have needed help in finding something there was none. Maybe a lot focused more on security, idk, but I got a chance to roam the floor and find other deals that I wasn't shopping for with no interference.”

“I went into this computer store in hope to find a gaming pc for my son, not only was i pleased with customer service I received upon entering the door. I genuinely felt like the care I received from them and what i was looking for was beyond normal customer service skills. Not only did they help me find the PC i was looking for ,but was willing to do a diagnostic on my phone for a great price telling me what was wrong with it…. All around a 9 out of 10 store, and will be returning again”

“So much more than ink and toner. There are dozens of high-end refurbished printers for sale at around half the cost of new. He also has a wall of hundreds of genuine parts for the DIY crowd. I made the mistake of recycling my Samsung color laser before dropping off it's cartridges here. He could have fixed it for less than the cost of a new cheap printer. But at least I've found my new place for all things printers. Great shop!”

“My family recently bought a CAM100 to monitor our home. We live next to a halfway house, and there's no problem with that but some of the people living there have trespassed on our property or threw fireworks in our yard. We have looked into multiple different security cameras and a lot were really expensive but finally we found the CAM100 which gives us everything we needed. Customer service was great in helping us set it up. We feel a lot safer now.”

“Great service and value for the open box top of the line laptop I purchased. Russel gave info on difference of this specific product compared to my other options, and it was indeed a great choice. I did have to bring it back though to correct my error in the purchase and Russel was also very helpful with the process. His Branch Manager has made my request processed smoothly. Your store is always my go to place for my need for good appliances and office equipments and it’s because of your incredible, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Thanks again Russel and your Store Manager.”
