I have been an ongoing customer of Cosmo-Prof for years now and I have never been so unhappy with their service. These women are very unknowledgeable of the products and the non-manager has an attitude when you ask her anything like you're inconveniencing her. I don't want to return here and I feel the need to go to Salon Centric now even though Cosmo-Prof is around the corner from my home and convenient. I feel like they will hire anyone to work here as if they are a fast food chain. I have literally flushed money down the toilet purchasing products here. When I have been asked to be compensated for something small.. that the manager wouldn't take accountability that it was her error..I was frankly told that need to wait until Covid is over and to keep my receipt that I might just possibly get reimbursed for the $15 I threw away. Yesterday was the last time I went. I was given the wrong color..I specifically asked for a gloss and she gave me a color which is not intended for toning. I had also asked for a 40 volume developer and she gave me a 40 and a 30..in which the 30 I didn't request or need. The only thing I wanted to be compensated for was a $15 tape I had bought which was single sided that she gave to me And I requested a double sided. The only compensation I had asked for was a double-sided pack of tape since the single-sided I had no use for and being a long time customer I felt that that would suffice but it was out of the question. So basically when they make an error..it's your fault and you have to deal with the consequences and hopefully wait Covid out. Last week the manager recommended me a very light purple..And which is only intended for white platinum hair. After I specifically told her I was lifting somebody very dark light. So then basically upon me returning to purchase darker purple to fix my work..she remarked that the light purple she gave me only works on white hair and I couldn't help but feel that she could've gave me that knowledge before I threw money away again. I am accountable for my own work but I can't help but feel misled and like there is carelessness here. When we can't go in and deliberately look at the swatches or products they should at least give us Accurate knowledgeable information instead of taking it as a joke when we throw our money away. Especially in times like this.

Shot out to Monica , came to get product they're phone lines were busy and she's working alone and grabbing everything on her own. Thank you much appreciated for sure. Cosmoprof you definitely owe this woman a raise and some staff she's working alone in one of the only open stores in the area. Thanks again Monica def will call corporate

Customer service is terrible! If your hours say from 8am-6pm then why does this cosmo prof's employees lock their doors 5 mins early? If they're going to lock the doors at 5:55 then maybe the hours should say from 8:00am-5:55pm. VERY unprofessional and will never come back to this comprof again.

I used to come to this cosmoprof all the time. Now I avoid at all cost. The lady with the short hair is RUDE! Not just once but every time I shop here. Today was the last straw, I'm at the counter waiting to pay and she legit ignores me and is on her phone putting a mobile order for Starbucks. Completely doesn't acknowledge me until I say something. I ask if she can ring me up as I'm in a hurry, instead of apologizing she says "you we're looking for your card in your wallet, so I was giving you time" Rude Rude Rude
