I've never seen a more incompetent manager in any store. To give him the benefit of the doubt, it's corporate who has failed to train their employees on how to handle issues caused by their own system.
On Saturday, July 20th, I was in line to purchase a few items. I took out the card I wanted to use swiped it. Rather than being promoted to enter my pin, apparently I was too close to the kiosk and it charged one of my "touch to pay" cards that was in my wallet instead of the one I tried to use to pay. I asked the cashier to void or cancel the purchase since I wasn't the one at fault, but she said there was nothing she could do. She called her manager over and he said the same thing, and even showed me the error on her screen where he couldn't void the purchase. I asked him to escalate to corporate, but he said he couldn't and that I would have to do it myself. Keep in mind that I wasn't hostile, yelled, or used profanity like anyone else would've done. I was frustrated that nobody cared to resolve my issue, which was no fault of mine. Calling customer service was a bust because my problem wasn't online, and further said she couldn't escalate this matter and that once again, I would have to email corporate. I was done and hung up on her. I called the credit card company and they will reverse the charge as soon as it posts.
I work in customer service and will go out of my way to resolve an issue, especially if it's not the fault of the customer and they're cordial with me. Those at this store were quick to throw their hands up in defeat and left me to deal with something that was THEIR problem in the first place. I'm NEVER going to this store again.

There was this incredibly rude woman working there, she had an attitude with everyone. When I asked if I could use the restroom she said no when the other employees had no problem with it. I've seen her belittle fellow customers and overall ruin people's experience there. I've talked to friends specifically about her with them saying they would never return there specifically because of her

Went in with my 2 year old to every aisle, it was a mess got what we needed until last minute at the register while she was scanning our things I asked if they had glow in the dark stickers she proceeded they were on the aisle where the stickers were so I said can u hold my transaction and so me and my son went and they weren’t there went around the next aisle to see if any employees were there no one was there so went to the front to continue my transaction I didn’t now she was literally waiting for me only to see that she made a long line waiting for me and had a another lady with an attitude and said where are u going like I went around I have a 2 year old walking away from me I’m not just going to let him leave I was on my way getting his had and towards the register she could have continued the next person it’s not my fault the store is messy we would have found the stickers like she said they were on that aisle ?

My wife and I throughly enjoy shopping here. It is most likely one of the biggest Dollar Tress in the state. They vast selection of merchandise will have you in the store for well over an hour. The workers are very friendly and you can’t be the $1 item. We highly recommend this store.
