Do not do your livescan here!! They made a mistake and it was never sent to the county. The DOJ said they had no record of it. Employee was extremely rude and refused to do it again unless we paid again. He said it wasn't possible for them to make a mistake. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

The female employees were very nice, I would have given the review a higher score if the male owner hadn't been so rude to me, I went for finger printing I presented my ID & live scan paperwork, the lady that finger printed me was very nice, before my fingers was rolled I asked her to whom do I give the money to, I paid with cash she instructed me to set it down to the side, I got my finger prints done & she gave me instructions on returning the copies & to keep 1 for myself, as I walked towards the door the man started yelling did you pay the money, I felt so embarrassed to be called out like that in front of other customers, the lady told him I did pay, then he tries to clean it up with do you need a receipt, which was already written on the bottom of the copies I had, maybe he should have the customer pay @ the register & then do the fingerprints to not to have someone called out like he did & I wouldn't have to review just him as bad customer service 😞

I am very impressed with how they treat their customers. They're consistent with how they manage their clients either via phone or in person. I highly recommend this place. I rarely see an excellent customer service nowadays. I went there for Fingerprinting service and I have no regrets driving all the way from another city.
