I went one time to Firestone complete auto care in Montclair, California and I dealt with Gavin. Very nice young man. The place was very clean. The work was done and the timely manner and I would recommend this place and I will definitely go back being a senior citizen, they did not try to take advantage of me.

Nolan was very attentive, despite nonstop Sunday clients. He understood my needs and concerns, replaced two worn-out tires, and more. Prices were very reasonable. I have been looking for a full-service center and will now be a repeat customer.

There was a time when we liked Firestone. That time has passed, greedy... They scammed my wife with a 'computer diagnostic' for $120. Autozone does the same thing for free. That coupled with the INSANE wait times, even with an appointment. DONE. We've been going to Firestone for years and years. Just lost yourselves a customer.

I’d like to recognize Sean and his technicians for putting costumers “first “ by providing affordable and honest recommendations. A Toyota dealer recommended me to replace the upper ball joints , I was quoted $1600.00 for such job. Luckily, I had purchased a lifetime alignment service from Firestone so I took my truck back to Sean for a second opinion since not long ago they had done the alignment and found nothing. The technician throughly inspected my truck again and voided the dealership recommendations. I truly recommend this Firestone location. Thanks again Sean.

Had my tire blow out on the freeway and it was unrepairable. They took good care of me. I ended up buying 4 tires.

I took a tire in to be repaired and it turned out the tire was bad. The manager took time to show me the inside of the tire and explained why it could not be repaired. He also put the tire back on the wheel and returned it as i requested without charging me a dime. Easy 5 stars.

Very happy with the service. Had an issue with my cooling system. Was in a panic cause I needed it fixed and was worried that I would be out of a vehicle for a couple of days. They were able to get it done fast and made my day better.
