They always have a fun variety of items as well as a friendly staff that is able to check the back for more items and help you at the self check out kiosk

Sadly I have to give this store only 1 star. I loved shopping here before, the atmosphere was always fun and everyone was so friendly. The store was always so neat and easy to find what you were looking for and not looking for. The managers were always so helpful. Then they got self check out machines, and I hated them. The associates were always helpful when I needed help checking out or had a question. The last time I was in this store was around Christmas time, and sadly, that was the last time I had a great experience here. I went into the store last week, and Boy, was it a mess! The associates or managers there were too busy on their phone. No one bothered to welcome us. The associates at the registers just stood their talking. Sadly, I can tell it's new management. Unfortunately I won't be shopping here again. Too bad.

Friendly staff, that's rare to see nowadays lol. They seem like they enjoy their jobs ??? They greeted every one upon entry and they were personable and attentive at the checkout area

Absolutely one of the worst Five below gone to. In general I spend over 100$ because I find lots of good things. But a this one all the staff is super rude. They are on you like you going to steal. The restroom is closed according to them they're always closed . There's hardly anything on shelves or pegs . It almost feels like Walmart when you're paying they are telling you to print the receipt with a nasty attitude . It some lady with brown curl hair. So rude. Not a please or if you need help. Attitude is awful and not welcoming. They ALL make you feel uncomfortable. I was there between 8pm -8:30pm on 12/17 .I was ready to go because of the whole vibe was just bad. Even my husband felt wrong. If it were up to me. I would give no stars. Never have I ever had such a bad experience at one of my favorite stores like this one. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. Not every person is up to something bad. Selection sucks here. Go to other stores you find way better stuff. HIRE EMPLOYEES WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE . Not Rude, demanding, like your paying them for the stores products. Stores needs all fresh faces.
