Prices are cheaper online then in store. They run their in-store red tag sales and prices still $5-10 cheaper online. The staff walks around the store and will take 5 minutes to acknowledge a client or offer help.

Went to exchange my sons shoes. I didn't have a receipt and I told Esmeralda I purchased it here. She did not believe me. Then she found the recipet online. Esmeralda was very rude and didn't provide great customer service. I would not recommend coming here at all. She said I could only get store credit and use it at that store only. I felt obligated to just shop here when they didn't have what I needed.

Cashier Esmeralda O. was very rude. Not polite at all she has no customer service skills. Had attitude the whole time when helping return an item. DO NOT COME HERE. I would not recommend for parents and kids to come here. Had to go to Ontario foot locker to get better service and actually be helped. The meanest and rudest cashier.

The workers were so friendly. I havn't had great luck finding shoes to fit my toddler. The lady who worked there really went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shoe that fit him comfortably. I will definitely go there from now on to buy my son's shoes. They were also great with my shoes. I have small feet and the shoes I wanted were on sale at kids foot locker but they didn't have my size in the stock so they called up stairs to the regular foot locker who did have my size and told them to give me the shoes for there sale price of $50 but the shoes are $75 and not on sale in the regular store. I was very grateful for all there help and the amazing discount.
