Brandy tried to trick me into running my credit by saying “do you want to join or rewards program? I just need to scan your ID and it takes like 3 minutes” I asked her do you mean you want to run my credit? And she said” it’s combined yeah” thats so dishonest and very misleading and someone needs to have a talk with her. I will also be calling corporate because this is a very serious matter.

this is one of the worse forever 21s I’ve been to. The employees are rude and really have no idea what they are doing. I placed an online order for pick up and I never got s confirmation email. So after waiting a couple days I went to ask about the status of my order. When asking what happened to my order the girl just canceled it. She didn’t offer any other solutions and was rude about it the whole time. I get they may be understaffed but a lot of stores are the same way and they still find a way to make it work and help their customers. This is the first & last time I will go to this forever.

Thanks to Meli I got to shop more, she told me about their sale and I ended up spending more than I wanted to in nice clothes. I loved the energy there and customer service and when that happens we come back. I'm sad to see not everyone got the same experience but definitely mine was great meaning they're improving in customer service. The only thing I was concerned me was the security tags that kinda ruined the clothes, when they removed it there was small holes on the clothes, it's upsetting when you paid $30 for a Tshirt that it's ruined by the security tags. I hope they work on something else without damaging the clothes. The only reason they won't get 5 stars it's because of that, everything else was great.

Had the best experience today with Brandy! She is an Angel! She was so friendly, welcoming, patient, and extremely helpful. My husband and I really appreciated her impeccable customer service. The other ladies working there were very helpful as well. I will definitely be back.

Literally went in there at 8:30 with 20 minutes to spare and look at the jewelry they don’t close until nine I called ahead of time and this woman stood there at the door, asking me repeatedly if she can help me. I don’t know if she had somewhere to be but it was just completely uncomfortable. It wasn’t even rude. It was just uncomfortable. If someone Tell you they’re OK they don’t need help I think it’s very weird to sit there and ask five more times And then to lie and say that they’re closing right now I don’t know if it was racist or she had somewhere to be, but it was completely uncomfortable. I don’t have the energy to call her manager tomorrow so I’m voice typing this review I don’t know why, but it just reminded me of a horror movie the way she approached me seemed creepy I’m gonna leave the date and the time, so hopefully if a manager does see this, they’ll be able to find out which woman this way. Again, some thing about the way she approached me was very creepy and then to ask me about five times. If she can help me I get it. Maybe she hated the fact that I came in 20 minutes before they’re going to close but it’s a mall I was just going to look at earrings and then leave And sit there and ask me if I need help about five different times just to tell me that you’re going to close because I don’t want your help. Love love love especially when they have there end of year clearance cannot go wrong w 10$ jeans and yes I know there not that great of material of believe me hand wash gentle cycle and hang dry they will last a long time

It was clean and a funky variety of clothing. No one greeted us, and it was not busy at all. They saw me but never said hello and if I needed help finding anything. I do like when friendly staff acknowledge the guests/customers.

I have just two questions:Who the hell hired Melly? Also, what the entire f*ck is up with Melly?!Because they both need a talkin' to.I'm not here to complain about the customer service because there were a couple employees there who were friendly and helpful. But MELLY was not one of them.I watched her interact with three customers and all three times she was super rude for no reason. People would ask normal shopping questions like 'do you have puffer jackets?' or 'where's the plus size section?' and were met with a scowl and attitude. For why?! I don't get it. Melly, this is your JOB. I get that you don't want to be here, but you *are* here and you're getting paid to be, so at the very least be a decent human being. Or be a decent human just because why would you not? Why would you want to be this angry, this wretched and this rude at such a young age? You've got plenty of time for that later!When I got to the register myself, Melly was weird. She had this really angry, ugly vibe and the whole interaction was painful. I feel awful for the people she was incredibly rude to but also for Melly herself. It was sad to see such a young person be this ill-mannered. She seemed to enjoy making people feel bad, and that is one of the loneliest characteristics there is. I'm still going to shop at Forever 21 for cheap gifts, but I won't be back to this Montclair Place location again.

Not so much of great customer service here and they take VERY LONG just to ring you up. Reason for that being is because the girls working there at the time seemed to enjoy having their side conversations with each other. Not because there was a big line there was only about 2 people ahead of me so that for sure wasn't the reason why. Came in about 12pm ish. (06/17/22) The store first off doesn't even look appealing there's a bunch of stuff just mixed in and the sale section is horrendous. A lot of the jewelry is a bit pricey and made very cheap. oh and lots of the necklaces are all tangled up with each other. Not sure why they would leave them out like that I don't think anyone would want to purchase tangled up necklaces. This store needs a bit of work. Quite disappointing to what this store has come to over the years. ):

Went in today with my daughter I had to return my Brown pants but unfortunately I didn't have my receipt then the girl up front madeleine found the recipe in my bag , the manager Marlena I believe that was her name she was very polite and exchanged my pants to the black ones I wanted they both were very helpful and super generous I hope management takes this in some type of consideration .. customer service was most definitely on point today ! Thank you ladies for your help in my exchange!!
