Great stuffs at fye Montclair mall it has everything including Japanese snacks and great prices and great customer services and great 10% discounts
However there's not a lot of new physical media from scream/shout factory, arrow video, criterion, Severin, Vinegar syndrome, KL and crunchyroll physical media when I walked in there all the same and I know sears is gone but I like FYE moves to the old sears building and add more merch including arcade machine more clothing more Japanese snacks and international snacks and also ordered stuffs from the store and online but is better for ordered stuffs online for free shipping pandemic is done you can order stuffs for the store and also unorganized physical media I was trying to find a film or anime and i see a dvd blu-ray in the wrong place and I hope they organize it and add more new physical media releases.

Everything is so overpriced oh my god. A poster was 20 dollars, later that day I went to five below and saw that ame poster for four times less. It’s ridiculous.

I always visit this store because I love to browse the dvds and such in case I get lucky and find something in my interests or a good potential gift. My most recent visit left me feeling so surprised, though. I was browsing the store as usual and it took me a moment to realize a worker had been following me throughout the entire store the whole time. Over and over again I'd see her watching me and I've never had that experience there before. As I was leaving, the cashier was yelling at an older man who was trying to make sure he had exact change. She yelled things like "Of course you have the change you were asking everyone for it" and called security on him. I won't be stopping by here anymore since it's run by such disrespectful and angry people. I've even checked reviews on Yelp and many are complaining about being followed through the store there as well. Overall, just a very insulting visit and I hope better employees flush these ones out soon.

I HATE THE DMV. so basically me and my friend were buying enhypen and bts albums and this guy accused us of stealing then, my friend passed out and i tried to grab her and asked for help but he LET HER FALL. then we got kicked out because he still tought we stole, CASEY IF UR READING THIS I HATE YOU FUCK U.

Manager constantly would stare at us ,as well as follow us when shopping. Would even stare as us through cracks of products. Felt very uncomfortable as soon as I walked in.

I understand this place is a hot spot for shop lifters but Im a grown adult who can afford luxuries, I don'y need socially awkward employees weirdly following me around the store. Maybe the store designer should design the store to be more open and less cluttered with an open view. Also, the employees need to learn to take "no" for an answer. I just want to make my purchase, not get bombarded with questions about joining memberships, reward programs and e-mails lists. The employee I kept rejecting took it way too personal and gave me attitude when handing me my change.

This store has super friendly and professional customer service, Kathy went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect gifts for my children! she would make a great manager!
