The rooms are described as ridiculously spacious, very large, giant, and glorious, functioning almost like a one-bedroom apartment or single-story duplex with separate areas. They include a front room or bedroom area with a bed, clean and soft bedding, a mini-fridge, microwave, and TV, leading into a great room with a small dining table and chairs. The bathrooms are large, fresh, obviously updated, refurbished fairly recently, and feature a giant walk-in shower. Each room has its own parking space or little driveway right next to the building, making loading and unloading a breeze. The establishment is consistently noted for being quite clean, well-maintained, and safe. The area is fairly industrial and not pretty, but it is clean, neat, and does not feel shady or unsafe, even after dark. The property has cameras, and rooms have fairly new windows with solid locks and electronic keyboard door locks. While the rooms are a little sparsely furnished and some furnishings like the couch can be stained, the core focus on a clean bed and no pests is met. The staff, including the front desk receptionist, manager, and housekeeping, are all delightful, very nice, accommodating, and prompt, offering quick and easy check-in. Overall, it is considered a good experience, a good deal for the price, and the cream of the crop of motels in the area. It provides a clean, safe, and respectable place to rest, with a quiet atmosphere despite some background city noise. It is a pretty decent and well-worth-it place for an affordable, basic, and comfortable stay.
