My first time here. Decided to try it out because of the rating and I was happy to find out they surpassed my expectations. First of all it's so refreshing to be greeted by friendly staff. It had been a while since I had a car wash so my car was dirty and they left it looking great. I'm a new loyal customer!

Nice girl in the office but they have a big problem! No sense of urgency. I'm sitting here 30 min and my car has not come out yet. And I'm the only person here.

You would think it would had took 30 to 40 minutes for a car wash. But it literally over took 1 hour just to clean a two door car. Me and babe aren't never coming back

I saw the good reviews, so I thought I'd stop by and check it out! I really only cared for the tree sap to be removed from my car and they did just that and more! I found my new favorite car wash! They guys are great and very trustworthy!

I recently took my car with aftermarket parts to this car wash, I'm usually picky when it comes to washes since I've had bad experiences with my car being modified and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Despite the unique features and modifications on my vehicle, the car wash handled it with care and precision. The staff was attentive and made sure to protect sensitive areas while still delivering a spotless, shiny finish. I highly recommend this car wash for anyone with a customized vehicle, or any vehicle in that matter - they truly know how to take care of a car leaving no swirls nothing but shine and care. Best care at the best price !

I absolutely hated to leave such a bad review for this business, but I panicked and wasn't able to get their attention. I went over to the business the next morning, where they were waiting for me, to see what this damage was all about. It was baffling to everyone. But as a gesture of good will and great customer service, William offered to have the detailer take a look the next morning (today) and see if there was anything to be done. All I asked is that they did their best and the rest would be chalked up to bad/cheap materials from Kia. This morning their detailer worked his magic and completely eliminated all of the water/type markings. I believe that Kia did provide a crap material that I have to be more careful with at future car washes. I have lost sleep over this issue and I cannot express enough how grateful I am that William and his team decided to help me out, even after my crappy review. My husband and I will continue to patronize this business, because they do care about their customers and showed it today. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Got here on a Sunday at 8:30am and the manager told me to come back 30 minutes later. She was very friendly and helpful, the service was also fast when I arrived back around 9:00am.
