Don is a wealth of knowledge, he provided me with invaluable information to be successful the coming years. As a new business owner there’s things I’m still learning, Don is a great contact to have. The staff is professional and polite. Patricia accommodated my schedule for both my appointments. The office is clean, staff is polite, I highly recommend this location.

Donald Guinaugh is an excellent tax analyst, he always made sure my tax forms and returns are filed correctly. I would assure he definitely maintains accuracy and the records of all transactions which helps to resolve any issues and concerns of the client. His expertise helps for his client to get taxes done right and it saves my time as being a client. He also does a great job as always providing additional advice and information. He is very professional and completely thorough from beginning to the end of his service to his client.

They only help new or existing clients, since they are a franchise... I just waste my time, that information should be noted on their website when one makes an appt. Time to send a letter to H&R Block headquarters.

Don is the best!!!!! The people who are the one's directly interacting with the customer is the most important asset a company has. They are the ones the customer sees, interact with, engage with and connect with. Yes when I first came to H&R Block years ago I came because of the name and to try you out but it was because of Don I kept coming back. A concept, a business, a company are nothing without the people who take care of the customer or in your case client. I appreciate what you guys do and are.
