5 Stars - Great experience with honest service! Came in for some maintenance on my 2009 Honda Civic and had an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube location. They honored a quote I received about a month ago with no hassle, and I ended up saving almost $200 thanks to that. Big shoutout to Jose V., the mechanic who worked on my car. He did solid work and followed through by honoring the quote he gave me--kept his word and reminded me to bring my receipts (glad I did!). Everything was done in a timely and professional manner, and I drove away with peace of mind. Also want to thank Anna B., the CSA, for her part in making the process smooth. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work. That kind of honesty goes a long way these days. Definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube if you want straightforward service and a team that actually looks out for you. I'll be coming back for future oil changes and maintenance for sure.

Not the type to leave bad reviews on anything, but if i could give this place a negative 5 stars i would in a heartbeat, oil change took me an hour and a half, the first hour they didn't even work on me it was like they forgot i was there, staff was completely unprofessional arguing about everything, then the last 30 minutes was the most chaotic experience, and not only that my car now makes an insanely loud knocking sound from my engine bay and it started right after i drove off the lift, absolute worst service i've ever received

First time going to any Jiffy Lube location and I am so glad I decided on this one. Everyone was very helpful. Joseph and all the staff were all friendly, professional and very attentive. There was no wait and the service was done fast. All the questions I had were answered. The price was good and there was a coupon on top of it! Definitely will be coming back to this location for any car service needs!

I was here around 4:30ish, they were short staffed but still very helpful & kind the 1st gentlemen helped me out & inform me it might take time which I didn't mind. Joseph was my actual mechanic who helped me out with a oil change was very attentive & detail with my car. Overall you can tell these people are very kind & take their job seriously. Thank you jiffy lube & Joseph ! !

Extremely disappointed with their services. Had a brake fluid April 2024 for the first time. Only drove it 5000 miles & had to have another done today. Customer service was poor. The staff wasn't welcoming. When I spoke to a representative she wasn't helpful, she looked at the cameras and of course was going to defend her team. Extremely disappointed.

Great customer service skills! Fast and Efficient! I wasn’t pressured in Purchasing anything. Thank you team! The man who checked me out was excellent. The girl Manager with tattoos offered to go Above and beyond her job description. To the man who parked my car and handed my keys and held the door open for me and told me to have a blessed day thank you! Great employees!
