I usually do not buy hats here because they are a little pricey for me. However if you are able to catch them when they are having one of their big sales you want to be there! They had a great selection, staff were both patient, nice, and helpful! You can get your hat embroidered for extra . ( slightly pricey and had to pick up next day)

Went into today expecting them not having much angels gear and wow they had so many options from city connect on felid to , lids exclusive the somg bird came out 5 days ago and I was able to snag one along with another lids only the owl collection the last one! Tried talking to the people workin but they were busy af and probably used to high school kids asking questions buying socks then leaving lol Y'all real ones

I needed 7 baseball caps embroidered within a week. Great customer service, lots of options, and was given an awesome discount as well. Thank you Lids, my assistant coaches felt recognized! I will return with all my cap needs and next season.

This place is the best and the guy who helped me was really helpful when he made my gender reveal hat and he made sure I could get it by the end of the day, btw the ha a huge selection when it comes to hats, I did feel bad cause the guy was working by himself so obviously he was trying to make sure everyone was taken care of. I’d give this place ten stars if I could

All lids the same, if you ain't a Lakers or dodgers fan, you get that laugh and the company certified answer "you gotta get it online" so it's a hat shop that sell mostly LA teams except college and if you want the la kings you might get lucky, place is a waste.

They have good verity of hats and choices to choose from they were on fire for a minute on the exclusive hats now it seems like they started that Lidshd and it missed up the whole streak they had guess its time to start buying hats at other stores now that have exclusive drops in store I don't like to buy online I spent easy 12k on hats this last past 4 months there gonna loose me as a customer guess scince there going to online exclusive drops now only store look dry nothing new sucks but for those looking for just regular hats guess it's the place to go thanks for checking ✔️ my review out ?✌️?????

This was by far the worst experience I've had at Lids. I've been a rewards member here for over 10 years and buy plenty of hats monthly, but this was my first time at this location. I wasn't acknowledged in the store at all when walking in. The guy named Assad or Ashad that created the custom hats was very unprofessional (didn't want to look at the design I wanted and automatically assumed he knew what I was talking about while trying to show him an image which led him to printing the wrong colors and design on my hat just because it was "shown on the computer that way") it was not what was requested or on my custom sheet that I filled out with the cashier. I also had to wait for his help while he was inappropriately showing PDA with another customer at the store. He also brushed my partner off when they tried to explain a custom design they wanted as well. This store also claims to not have change if paying with cash & makes you round up the cost and called it a "donation". I've never experienced that at a retail store. Sounds super sketchy. I called to complain to the manager named Andrew and he literally rushed me off of the phone and said "I doubt we messed up that bad" yet the design was not what I requested, therefore they messed up. They over charged for special threading on the wrong colors which I didn't request. Did not offer a refund or discount after returning to the store to address the issue, and just were overall very rude and unprofessional at this location. I advise you save your time and money and just visit other Lids locations for sure.

Ammie, Amy, or Ammy the manager who didn’t want to tell me the correct spelling of her name. Isaac and a guy who was working in the hour before 3:30 today. I don’t understand what people you hire and have managing that store. Coming from customer service myself it’s not hard if you hate the job leave find better for yourself. I was told one hour wait, come back one hour, my hat was literally next in line and he assured me mine was next. Why do I come back 3 hours later when a MANAGER is working just be told the same thing and be getting attention from a manager not even a associate! Ammy do better for yourself really if you don’t like being manager step down.

Honestly. I came here because my boyfriend loves hats and his birthday is a couple days before Valentine's Day. I placed this order DECEMBER 29,2021 and I still haven't gotten a call about it. I've called and nobody answers. Finally the district manager answer cause he happen to be in the store that day he said he would figure it out and that I would be contacted. That was Tuesday. Wednesday I get a phone call and the manager is the one who called me asking to verify the hat so I can still get it. I told her I couldn't go in that day because I was actually getting ready for work. She said I could come in today which is Thursday the 27th and my hat would be ready to pick up all I had to do was give them my name and I would be able to receive it. I guess the joke was on me because it still wasn't ready. The guy was nice asked for 15 minutes I said no problem went to eat in the food court. I actually took about 45 minutes cause I was eating. I went back and the machine had broke down and They had to wait for the manager to come in ,who had told me she was going to be there from 11-7, to fix and I should get a call by 2-3pm. It's 6:05 I've heard nothing I've called the store 17 times and nobody has answered. I've never been so unhappy to spend almost $80 and a month later and for me to still not have what I ordered.
