I have been using this place for years. The only complaint I have is you have a 25% chance of getting a dryer that does not dry your clothes. When you inform the employees that the dryer is defective, they will put a sticker on the dryer warning other customers not to use this machine. The employee will not offer to re-reimburse you.

They're super rude here. I came here with every intention of washing here. I needed coins. So I left my basket of dirty laundry in the car. Came in and started exchanging my bills into coins. I was done started to head to door to get my basket to start washing. Before I got to the door The older Asian lady came up to me and said you need to wash here not just get coins here there's a lot of people who just come here and get coins and leave. I just said ok and left with my bag of coins and took my business somewhere else. Don't assume I'm just here exchanging my bills into coins and going to leave.

This laundry Matt is so expensive now and the dryers don’t dry as good!!! I wouldn’t recommend washing here… thus will be my last time coming here.

Way more expensive now. Dryer time halved from 15 to 8 mins per quarter which means you will almost spend double the amount compared to before. While all types of washers also increased significantly. The small washing machines were 2.50 now 3.50. That's more than 50% so you may end up spending more as of Feb 2023 for washing and drying.
