I’ve gone to the Cardenas on holt but BY THE 71 and it was the WORST . Also their customer service was bad. On the other hand Cardenas by central treats their customers amazing .I’ve bought a Potatoe chicken salad and it was horrible . I second guess if I should buy another one but at this store and I’m so happy I did because it was so good and my money worth . Their food is fresh and well cook! Also this store is clean ,nice, organize and Huge. Also excellent customer service everytime I come here Victor always greets me and ask about my day. Good employees ?”

“3/2/24 My neighbor recommended this store & from the select few Yelp reviews, this is definitely the better location to shop. I love this place! There a huge selection of fresh produce & the prices are reasonable. There's a dept. that makes fresh tortillas. Additionally there's fresh guac & salsa, horchata, hot steaming tamales, a bakery, huge selection at their meat dept.etc Oh and get the FLAN--not too sweet, decadent. The only negative aspect was the self checkout. I thought I'd save some time doing it myself but I've had the worst luck! The machine kept referring back to "please wait for assistance" & when I asked the staff tending to the self check out what I was doing wrong-she didn't inform me. She had too many customers who needed her help. It was frustrating. These are the same machines that Sprout uses & I do not have issues with them. Next time, I will just go to the regular register/check out.”
