amigos y amigas me gustaria alerta a todos mis paisanos,acerca de este lugar. saben algo yo siempre he prepara mis impuestos fed y estatal con numero itin,a travez de freetaxusa,pero resulta, que ahora que obtuve mis documentos decidi hacerlos con un experto entre comillas,y resulto terrible. me cobro $200 dolares. cuando afuera tiene en el gancho de $50 dolares supuestamente,me iban a regresar como $3000 dolares,y al final termine pagando al Irs,y me y tuve que volver para que me cambira lo que profecionalmente,esta persona llamada juan,habia hecho. amigos este es mi consejo.existen muchos lugares donde preparan sus taxes de manera gratuita. busque por google,pero si conoce un poco de computadora es demaciado sensillo,yo como ya explique al principio,yo mismo los hacia en linea por mas de 10 años.asi que cuidense mucho de mi oficina income tax de ramona y mission.investigen,para que no les cobren mas de $50. Bendiciones.

They are thieves and they don't tell you that you will be enrolled in a cash advance program called TPG they will take half or more of your State refund plus they still charge you at the time of service then you get charged from TPG. First and last time using this company. Already started the process of reporting them. Go elsewhere they are commiting fraud and will end up causing you issues on the long run if you get audited.

First time getting my taxes done here I went to George (Jorge) I was briefly informed they offer a rapid tax refund was told I would get informed in a bit once we got the process started so when we were finishing up with the paperwork I asked how does the rapid refund work he told me we don't recommend that it just charges you more money so I was like ok I do recall them saying something about TPG that my money may be deposited through them or IRS when I asked the amount of refund for my federal they said they just combined my full refund amount all together because it wasn't that much , so they charge me $200 to do my taxes and my daughter's taxes who is a minor and she was only going to get back $200 yet they charged $100 to do them. When I got my refund I got curious and checked out TPG input my information and sure enough my information populated it showed they KEPT over $500.00! I called Jorge immediately and he stuttered a bit saying for me to wait till IRS sends my other refund and we'll see then!??? Really? Your lying STEALING my money as well as who knows how many other people that don't question it. I've contacted Maria Campos who advertised the services and she read my messages with no response . My next step will be filing a report.
