Pep Boys took care of my flat tire quickly and affordably. The staff member was friendly and helpful. The waiting room was well-maintained with comfortable chairs, a pod coffeemaker, etc.

Their online booking never works and they always keep my car +3 hours every oil change. They also charge you a $10 “Maintenance light reset” and don’t even reset it.

Today I came in at 9 am to scheduled a brake inspection for 2 PM same day. I believe it was Nikki who scheduled me this morning but she made the mistake of scheduling me for the next day. She really ruined my day because she failed to make sure the time and date were correct. She assured me the time was for today. I am so very angry. She has no idea how her mistake affected my day and now i just have to accept my losses. The fact that I wasted my entire day waiting to go back, i even took the rest of the day off to make sure i got back in time. I wasted gas money to go back TWICE just for the other worker, belle, to tell me that the appointment was made for the wrong day. I am so embarrassed because i broke down in front of her. I've already been having a tough day scrambling to make time to go to this shop just for belle to tell me that I wasn't going to get my car inspected today. I might as well say yes i should of called ahead to make the appointment, but whats the point of making an appointment if the employee failed to do her job correctly. The customer service was really a disservice. Very angry .

DO NOT GO HERE. It took the crew here 3 hours to do my oil change, 3 hours is pathetic and it's because the staff doesn't care about anyone but themselves. The mechanics spend all day talking doing very little work and the lady at the desk takes personal phone calls while your actively talking to her. There are too many better mechanics in the area to waste any time going here, go to JiffyLube in Upland instead.

Sent my daughter here with her car way over priced and they tried to charge her over $4000 dollars for what the Chevy dealer is now charging $1200 for big difference and the worst part is they kept asking her to sign the paper and to hand them the keys they asked her a couple of times ...so they could get started and screw her over DO NOT go here crooks luckily she was trippin on the price and called us .

I would give negative stars if I could.I took my vw atlas to their shop for a coolant and oil change. They gave me a wait time (as I did not have an appointment) I left and came back around that wait time. I ended up waiting an extra 45 minutes as I was told they were just finishing up paperwork at least 3 times. But thats not the issue. When I got my car back the oil and coolant lights remained on. I didnt have time to go back in at the time but then brought it back and had them take a look at it again since I paid for it already. Also the day I took it back some check engine lights came on so I asked them to run a diagnostic as well. I eventually took the car home cause it was closing time and I needed it for work/kids. They ran diagnostic and quoted be over $2k to fix a bunch of stuff that wasnt there before.Frustrated and confused why there were more problems I took my car to my vw dealership (which I should have done in first place). They took a look at my car and not only did I not have any oil or coolant in (it was also old black oil that was in there) I had two different hoses that were broken (coolant and another) that could only be caused from someone messing with it or breaking it (as told by vw). So who knows what happened to my car while it was there. All the other stuff could be an anomaly but the fact the oil and coolant werent even done right is just outrageous. Never again. No matter how convenient.

Never again will I go to this place. What's the point of making an appointment and receiving an email confirmation of your appointment. I arrive at my appointment and the manager with an attitude said if I had an appointment and told her yes. She said she had nothing in her system. She said that all appointments made after their business is close on the previous day doesn't come up on their system until 24hrs later. I told her why they don't call the customer beforehand when my appointment was in the evening. Then said she had two cars there and only one technician. She blames corporate that their system is delayed. I've never had issues with other pep boys with same day appointments or appointments made 24hrs before.

Extremely RUDE AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL I made an appointment online says confirmed and everything got to the appointment and they said " sorry but we're not taking any appointments even scheduled ones" WHY WOULDNT YOU CALL AND TELL ME?! Wasted my time and gas
